1st room toilet did not work at all, 3nd room towel rack broken laying on the floor, 3rd room floor dirty and shower did not drain. Hard to believe any of them were cleaned. Dining area had cockroaches going across floor and water glasses were dirty. Manager only took the information. I would not stay there again

We traveled from Chicago to the Radisson Hotel for a cubs game on 8/13/22. I would really reconsider your stay here. Honestly, this hotel is overpriced. The quality is equal to a motel. The location is not the best and it is advertised as riverfront which is inaccurate. I like that the hotel provided a shuttle to an area close to the ballpark and and the staff was friendly for the most part. The hotel looks very outdated and dirty. We had a room with a balcony view on the 6th floor and it was filthy. Mold everywhere and food particles all over the floors, lamp shades, and walls. The bed linen and pillows were disgusting. There was a sock on the floor left over from the prior guest and when we told housekeeping they said the room was cleaned. There were fruit flies all over and we couldn’t figure out why. When we told the front desk about our concerns they said we would be put on a waiting list for a room because the hotel was completely booked. We asked for the room to be cleaned and linen to be changed and we were told they had no clean linen so we would have to get a new room. Red flag if a hotel has NO clean linen at all. We were given another room that was a bit cleaner but it was still nasty. Fruit flies everywhere again and the linen still looked questionable. At midnight we got a knock on the door and it was a flight attendant saying the front desk had given them our room. This hotel was very disappointing and very disorganized. The sad part was that the manager Sara was there but did not seemed bothered with all this as we made our concerns known in a polite manner. Aftan was helping us and was very nice. We travel a lot with our children and this has been one of the most disappointing hotels we have stayed at. I say if you can afford to stay at a nicer hotel in this area do it. I rather pay a little more and have cleanliness and comfort and a better location but if you must stay here I recommend you bring your Lysol, washcloths, pillows, and blankets.

so we picked this hotel for the simple fact that the name Radisson is suppose to be high class top notch for the cost of close to 300 a night that’s what you would expect…and totally was not.. We were on our 31st anniversary and met up with family from Vegas to celebrate when we got to our room to our surprise it was so outdated and stains on our comforter and fingerprints on microwave and refrigerator, rusty dirt under lamp on desk outdated bathroom and room overlooked busy highway and a balcony that you barley had room to stand on so it was just pretty much useless… i am adding pictures so everyone could actually see for theirselves. very disappointing!!!!!

Very friendly staff and helpful..our room was amazing ..the restaurant food was delicious and view was amazing and bar were great with the music for everyone..we didn't have to leave the hotel..the night manager made our anniversary stay even better.

My room 927 at the Radisson in Covington Kentucky smelled like piss and smoke. The female clerk quickly moved me to room 1227, which smelled like mildew clothes. If that wasn't enough; I still haven't received my $50 deposit back onto my debit card.

Room 1126 with the city view was like staying at the Motel 6 with literally the light on ALL night because they let two bus loads from Chicago take over the hotel, not leaving any room to accommodate the rest of the guest staying at the hotel. The group had a pool party ALL DAY on Saturday, not leaving room for other guess to enjoy the pool! 11 was the occupancy and they had at least 20 people or more occupying the pool! My room was $500 a night TOTAL RIP OFF! The room was horrible and very out dated! We had to put towels down in the tub just to take a shower because it had a Thick brown ring around it. The walls were dirty and the drywall patch work was horrible. The patio door had greasy finger prints all over it. Food still on the floor from the previous stay. The bedding had blood stains. The desk was dirty and the chair was broken. The sink in the bathroom was discussing! It reminded me of Eddie Murphy’s room on “Coming to America” the staff was horrible, inattentive, and unapologetic. We were there for two nights, but had reservations for 3 nights! They never came to clean the room. We had to put our towels in the hallway to get new ones. Never again!!!!! They give the Radisson a bad name and look!!!

Easily accessible from highway. This hotel is in need of updating & renovation.Looks beautiful from outside & there is gorgeous view of city from patio. Once we got checked in it seemed to us our room was not checked on before our arrival. Our 11th floor room had no land line phone available. Phone on desk completely dead. .We found a working landline phone in hallway. Our coffee pot & alarm clock were not plugged in for use. Last issue is TV not working properly . Remote stuck on one channel & volume & won't shut off. Personal staff was very friendly in bar & restaurant. Also polite checking in & out .

The hotel has some maintenance problems like the outlets and the nightstand or desk don't work and paint chipping off the walls and ceiling. Post other things like dirty grout in the bathroom. I also one time found hair in my bathroom shower. Staff is nice though would not come back here by choice though. Hotel is a little bit dated. Could use a makeover

This was the worse stay ever. The hotel is old and needs to be remodel. I was given a room next to a room that was being reconstructed. I asked if I could change room because I had a meeting online and the lady was like I can’t change your room you will have to wait until after 5:30 when the noise should stop.. that didn’t happen.. missed my meeting and the noise continued.. terrible night at this place

The front desk and kitchen staff were great. The building itself is 50 years old. The place is very dated. It seems the bathroom was cheaply redone like a decade ago. The tiles were loose and you could feel them move as you step on them. The bathroom fixtures are weird and sometimes unresponsive. Great views though. There is so much potential for this location if they could only update it. It’s not worth the asking price in dollars or with points.
