I do love that chicken ? way more than staff cares about their job or that management cares to keep the place staffed well enough. Been an ongoing problem like on and on. Expect to wait; Don't expect a smile.
Worst business on the planet. Been there 4 times trying to pick up orders and have never left with a customers food. Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes for one order because dining room was closed, only to be told when I got to the window that they weren't doing Doordash orders. I guess using a computer is to complicated to notify our company so drivers don't waste time and lose money. They need to fire that whole crew and start over with people willing to at least do their job at bare minimum. It's fast food not architecture. Disgrace to Popeyes brand.SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE THIS PLACE.
I’m not sure how they could have an overall rating of 3 stars! It should be zero. I’m not sure how the place can even be open. After having been turned away from the place with no food 5 different times, I’m not sure why I even still try to go there. Guess I was feeling lucky. Today they closed for shift change. Popeyes is great but this location should be closed down to make room for a better business.
Please do not eat here. Never leave reviews but I’ve had two horrible experiences here. The restaurant looks dirty and there was a fly in my water. The guy taking my order yelled at me for 5 minutes about not making his day worse before I said anything and said he didn’t wanna get fired for cussing a customer out, took so long to order my food because he was ranting in between and I was actually scared to ask for sauce when I got my food because the worker was so angry. Please go somewhere else to eat.
Worst fast food experience of my life. I went through the drive through at 6pm July 5th and was greeted through the speaker by a man that’s was seemingly having the worst day of his life. Instead of letting us order from the start he interrupted us to explain that he wanted this experience to be as simple and smooth as possible because he had been given nothing but attitude all day. He threatened to start cursing the next time someone in the drive through gave him attitude essentially warning us to behave. After I ordered the first item he took a few moments to put it in the system and assumed I was done. After asking to add the second item he continued to complain and said he didn’t want to get fired from his job but that he was at his whits end. We were honestly scared at the window while we waited for our food. Never eating here again.
I'm a doordash driver. Went to pick up order and was told that it would be a long wait and they weren't sure how long because the person that was coming the food didn't know what they were doing because they were not the cook. Ended up having to cancel the order and missed out on making money for that order
Worst fast food drive through experience I've ever had. Gave me attitude because I had a coupon. 40 minutes for food through the drive through. conditions did not look sanitary. I usually dont post negative reviews but this place needs some work
If zero or negative stars were an option this Popeyes location would deserve that low of a rating. I live in the neighborhood but due to multiple bad experiences I choose to drive to another location when I have a taste for Popeyes. My advice to the owner is hire competent people to work there, sell to someone else who cares about running the business or just close the location.
Waited 20 minutes for two three piece dinners, you were out of spicy, and I did not get the extra sides I paid for. When I got home the chicken was soggy and we had no silverware. I will not be back
Best customer service and food was hot and fresh. Everyone was pleasant and busy making sure everyone got thier orders. Nonstop mobile orders but they kept it together.
