Very nice place. Amazing area. Enormous selection of soft serve (amongst others). Reasonable prices!The owner is a super cool dude.Surprisingly large liquor (and adult treats) selection. I suggest asking for their Virgin Rum and Coke. My friend got one and he loved it.
!! BEWARE STONER EMPLOYEE !!We've gone here a few times throughout the week. Two times, we were served by a wonderful older gentleman. He gave suggestions for ice cream and worked really quickly - he goes above and beyond! Five stars for the store and his service!The last time we came here, though, there were two different employees (even two of them could not compare to the first gentleman's artesianal skill). One bare-faced employee in the back was sitting on a stool. The one who served us had a really empty look on his face.He couldn't keep up with our orders, and then he worked reeeeaaaallly slowly. On top of that, he mixed up the two ice creams on the same order, and when i went up to correct him, he just said "The receipt says you have the right flavor though!"Maybe he was really tired, or maybe he was indeed stoned, but if you walk up to Piper's and see anyone but the older gentleman there, you need to be very careful with your order. Divide up each serving onto different orders if you can, and don't be afraid to ask politely for a remake if the serving is mixed up.Other than that, the ice cream is really refreshing, and the prices are worth it for the quality you get! Cute location! Recommended!!

Such a great fun place. Chip the owner is such a nice guy. He will have out with you and walks around really getting to know clients. The ice cream is lactose free which is hard to find but awesome. They also have every flavor and cone type you can think of. If you want an "adult beverage" they got that too. It's a great after dinner hangout spot to get a treat and a drink. Only outdoor seating though, so heads up to that.

The ice cream was phenomenal and the staff was incredible friendly and helpful. We got non alcoholic ice cream today but will get alcoholic next time. Lots of locals came by and said how wonderful the place was.
