One star cause I had to. Food was horrible, service was horrible... If I hadn't been as hungry as I was I would have drove off. Wanted a small McNugget meal, "they don't come in small! You wanna medium or large instead?" Nope I'll just go hungry thanks! One word of advice. Put the salt shaker down and pick up a rag instead if your just trying to look busy.
This morning me and my fiance decided to go to casterlines lake for a morning of fishing. My fiance was hungry so I went to McDonald's on Winton Rd in latonia ky and what I bought is NOT what I RECEIVED. I just tried calling and they refuse to answer so my only option was to post a bad review. It's got 2.9 rating. I normally check it but this morning is was not busy inside it was busy during drive thru but still no excuse. They put my strawberry pies in apple pie boxes there was no large cup lids out on the floor either. It didn't raise red flags thinking nothing of it. But honestly I know how fast food restaurant works so it's my fault for not looking but really I shouldn't have to. I would give a 0 ⭐ if I could.
I took my 4 grandchildren here. The food and drinks were usual McDonald's. But it took 25 minutes to get through the drive through. But they wanted it and I understand every place is short of help. Will go there again when I have my grandchildren.

The staff there was okay. They just took our order and didn't say anything else. The food was decent but the fries was over cooked and cold. Most of the tables was dirty and wasn't really a clean place to seat. The men's & women's bathrooms was really over all disgusting and nasty.
A bunch a untrained disrespectful kids run this place. Had a bunch of ppl in the drive thru waiting over 20 minutes for a shift change. Why tf does it take that long. I went in and the kids are eating and laughing. A joke
Food never fresh alway long line a whole bunch of ghetto young workers who don't wanna work and always have attitudes. And they don't put all your food in your bag. And they get mad when u tell them they food is un fresh be careful giving them yo food back they might spit on it .
Placed a mobile order for 3 iced lattes. Followed the instructions as given. I waited 40 minutes and tried to call the first time after 20minutes and around 15xs before it was no longer a busy signal and was told it will be a few more minutes. Sat another 10 minutes and nothing. I tried to call again about 15xs more and the same thing only a busy tone. No refund and no way to get a hold of anyone. Just out money and no way to refund it on the app.
I go here all the time and get my food and usually never have an issue we came through to get some food before heading to the zoo so I didn't check the bag because all we got was a happy meal and a medium fry . We get to the zoo and my daughter opens this and starts crying . Idk if this was a joke but that's messed up that they would do this to a kids happy meal .
The food is okay my granddaughter loves it that's the only reason I go I do have to say the food is much better now and the service is better as well
