This facility has really stepped it up, but since they still have the occasional issue with either training someone, or someone that just can't keep up with the rest, they still have backups and messed up orders from time to time, but no where near as much as it used to be, ultimately they usually hit the mark with service and food in a timely fashion, but if you're there a day things are rough, don't judge them on that one experience. Over the years they've made steps and have gotten extremely better thus far.??

We were in drive thru 15+ minutes. We gave up.Pay your employees a living wage. You had 100+ people inconvenienced because you selfish monsters cannot manage to do the right thing. The only person who wanted to go was the 4 year old. SHE decided it was too long and not worth it.Your food is nasty. So mad.

The line is always so full. You could sit in line for an hour and still not get your food yet sometimes. Sometimes they are friendly sometimes they are not. Sometimes they are only doing cash sometimes they are only doing credit card. The dining room is never open atleast when I have been there.

Normally you all do better than what you did today as far as food goes. Although the store constantly forgets food for the orders on a regular basis. This is why I eat in restaurant. Just had back surgery so ordered food delivered by Uber eats. Spent almost $37.00 with fees, tip, and food. Got a happy meal, two cheeseburger value meal, and 2 chocolate shakes. Received the food with NO fries in my value meal and both cheeseburgers were ice cold and super dry, which is strange because normally they are greasy. My daughter said happy meal food was just okay and her fries were cold too. So basically, I spent $37.00 on a happy meal and two shakes because I had to throw the burgers away bc they tasted like they had been sitting for too long. Contacted Uber Eats and they said I couldn't get a refund for my meal. If I've asked for refunds in the past it's because this restaurant forgets food, and I had food eaten and taken by one of the delivery drivers. Do better y'all. I know it's fast food but I literally hadn't eaten for 24 hours because of surgery. At least the shakes were good. But the rest of this is ridiculous!!!

Worst McDonald's i have ever been to the lady there was so ghetto and mean i ordered through my mobile app and then she DEMANDED i pay her money also?! I asked.to speak to manager and she was even more ghetto! I was afraid they were spitting when they were yelling. I just wanted my.food and i all ready paid i tried to show my recipt from mc donalds app and my bank statment where i had been charged but i was met with to crazy ladys trying to talk overntop of me and tell me im wrong and continue to demand i pay ( i had already cancled the order at this point ) i left.. afraid

I hate to say it but this McDonald's is extremely slow and they do not care for their customers. The drive thru is always backed up, they also seem to mess orders up constantly, ex. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a chocolate and I told them but instead of correcting it they said I was lying.

This place has no idea how to run the two drive thrus it has. Multiple times I've sat at one while the other is addressed many times over me. If this is business you can't handle, due to whatever reason, shut the other lane down. Worst drive thru I've ever tried to go through ever. I know my review means nothing, but if I can save one person's time, its worth it.

Absolutely shi*t show. Ordered through the app, checked in at 9:49 when I pulled into the parking spot. Waited until 10:09 before I attempted to call the store. Never got past a busy tone. Pulled to the drive thru which took another 20 minutes. When I got there they asked for the order number and said it wasn’t in their system. I had screen shot of the order along with my email. She argued with me that I wasn’t charged as the order wasn’t processed. Hilarious because my online bank account shows the change, McDonald’s and the city along with the time. Arguing with her got no where, ended up leaving with a hungry child and 3 additional adults waiting back at the hotel for their food. I’ll be contacting the manager tomorrow was well as cooperate.

Well they didn’t care if it’s cold coffee. The coffee has been sitting out for 2-3 hours. When u try n say something the young girl n manager just looked at you like they did t understand English. Ridiculous. They need a whole new cream up there. #RESPECT#LOVE

I went through the drive thru at 2:30 AM and I have never in all my experiences of going through a McDonalds had an employee as nice and happy as Jimbo. He made our night! He deserves a raise, great people skills and customer service.
