The order took an hour to arrive and was missing the drink. When I called there wasn't even an apology instead were 2 options bringing the drink when they have time or issuing a credit. For the manager: you have hands to hold the phone yourself and act like a professional instead of telling your worker what to tell me.Update: They didn't bring the drink even after the phone call.
An hour to receive an order with an incorrectly made sandwich and missing an item. I've sent feedback for a refund for that and I'm still having to follow up because no one has responded. It's a ridiculous hassle.Don't order from this location and if you do, go through a third party like Doordash where you can get an immediate refund instead of chasing down a franchise owner who's ok with ripping you off.
I was greeted with smiling faces & tons of positive energy while waiting for my sandwich which was served fast & they catered to my allergies thanks Jimmy John's i'll be seeing you again.
You're in the hottest spot of northern Kentucky and you aren't open when people are around. I don't get it.

Service at this location has gone wayyy down hill. I placed an order at 5:28 pm today and just recieved my order at 6:34 pm. Over an hour wait for a regular sandwhich and bag of chips. The worst part is i literally live .3 miles from this location. I try to support locally and had my order delivered bc i know this pandemic has been hard on tipped workers but I'm shocked to say the least.
i ordered a regular sandwich and chips at 5:28 pm and just recieved my order at 6:34pm. im shocked at how considerably long that took. i live .3 miles from the location. honestly had it delivered to help drivers during a pandemic but had i known I'd wait over an hour id have just gone somewhere else. Honestly disappointed. Just go to a different location than covington.
