Went to lunch with 2 friends. We all ordered the Craft cheeseburger platter which comes with choice of 2 sides. Food was warm and flavorful. Good service. We were there about 2pm. Only a few additional customers there.
Had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The table we were seated at was dirty. Only two servers and both were very rude and cruel. Our drinks were not refilled. Had the breakfast bar but most of it was gone at 10 am and it was not refilled or touched up while we were there. Biscuits were hard and not edible. Had to wait 10 mins to pay.
Danny in the drive thru was extremely backed up and working alone. Since he didn’t have time to make milkshakes being short handed he gave us complimentary sundae’s. Big thumbs up to Danny. Need more workers like him

Very nice place to eat. The server is real good. I come here everytime I come for a visit.
Great service and great servers. Food was prepared as ordered and everything was prompt. The servers were what made the experience worth the time and eating enjoyable, and they should be paid far more.
This is the Frisch's location that convinced me Frisch's is worth eating! The food always comes out hot and everyone has been friendly that I've encountered so far. Standard fast food, but good staff.I thought about dropping this to 4 stars because some of the shifts forget things pretty regularly, but it seems like they're new and learning and apologize profusely when they miss something, so it's all good.Definitely the best Frisch's!
I've been corrected that Frisch's "never" had scrambled egg, only fried, on their breakfast bisquits. Odd, i've used the drive through before on many occasions and received the sandwich with scrambled (without asking). Spicy Spuds were cold and hard...old product. They cut inside of my mouth. Sad that you pay a premium price and get food I won't serve if I owned the place.
Went to the drive thru this evening around 5:30 and “Tom” was taking orders. Half of the screen that displays the menu wasn’t working. When I asked Tom if he knew that the menu wasn’t fully displayed, with his condescending tone he responded with “I don’t know sir, I’m not outside”. After a short pause I asked if they had salads, his answer was followed with Yes. After a LONG pause with No explanation of what salads were available, I asked if we could just build a salad as he continued to not really care that I was his customer that was about to spend money at his restaurant. He began to become argumentative and at that point I pulled away from the drive thru in complete disgust.I don’t know if Tom was having a bad day or whatever but his carelessness and bad attitude needs to be addressed. He is a liability to your companies success and if retraining is needed, then I hope this review gets things rolling in the right direction.Regards,A Former Customer
Chicken tenders were cold but the young lady who was our waitress quickly got me a new order of them that were amazing! The hot cocoa made me very happy!! Just look at that amazing amount of whip cream!
