Covington, KY location. Not impressed. My Fish Sandwich was cold & tasted nasty. Looks half-cooked. (See pics) Waitress insisted that they Pre-cook the Fish, store it in the Walk in, then drop it again (in fryer) when serving. That sounds scary to me..They must have forgotten the 2nd fry job on mine.The Waitress was Sweet & the Cook made me a new one. She received a nice tip from me. She was the only Waitress
I had the best experience today when I came in to Frisch I was greeted as soon as I walk in to the door there was not mean people in when I came witch I was fine with peace and quit. Food was great 😋 it came out fast and was just the way I wanted it. The best has yet to come I will come back more then one reason why but most importantly the best for last my server was amazing she was super nice and had a big smile on her face she my day need to hire more people like her. Nikki I hope you get to see this I will be back to see you keep up the good work and continue to do what you do ....
I came here this mornin before work with my kiddo and bar was actually full and everything fresh. a server I think her name was Missy gave me a card to scan and do a review ! She was great and even refilled our drinks without me asking. 5 star from me she needs to be recognized!
food wasn't good not like it use to be... service was slow and poor one waitress for the whole restaurant. Frisch's has went down

Always love Frisch's for the simple American food and tartar sauce. Staffing issues, like everywhere nowadays, mean you get to spend a little extra time inside. No worries as I try to be in no hurry.

The salad bar and the hot bar are back and they were both clean and topped off. The service is always pretty good at this location too. We were there for lunch on a Friday and it was busy so the above comments hold even more weight.
It's a good place to hang out and have long visits with family and friends. The staff is nice, the food is ok. The coffee or hot tea are pretty good and bottomless. It's conveniently located right off the highway with easy off and back on 75 no matter which direction you're headed. Plus they have hot fudge cake ?
We tried the all you can eat seafood bar. Nothing was hot, just above room temperature and it was all dried out. The beer battered fish was so so everything else was no no, except for the baked apples, they're always good. The salad bar was good and the clam chowder was very good. Next time, I'll get a Big Boy, clam chowder and baked apples.
