Avoid this place. Today I did the brunch at Eighteen with 2 girlfriends. Good customer service can make up for many things like an older building, mediocre food, but racism and rudeness are more than I want to deal with. Lori was our server and she was mostly absent from our table. She brought out the mimosas in juice glasses while the other tables had proper drinking glasses. She treated her other tables with respect, stopping and checking on them, while ignoring us. It was clear that she did not wish to be our server. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
Our family ate dinner here and it was a great experience. We ordered an appetizer, shared a couple of dinners and got a dessert to share. The perfect amount of food and we got clear around, which takes about 90 minutes. We timed it so we could arrive just before sunset and then enjoyed seeing all of the lights.
The food was great. But the servers were horrible. The lady focused on every table but ours, we kept having to flag her down. The guys want very pleasant either, he kept slamming our drink on the table. Other than that the ambience here is nice. Great place for date night
We were there Sunday, February 27th, after church for the brunch, and I'll have to say it was magnificent! Everything was delicious! I had a made to order omelette that was over the top, but the hit of the entire meal was the prime rib. I know good prime rib and it was the best prime rib I've ever eaten. Nick certainly knows what he's doing. We live in Henry County, and if we didn't live 75 miles away we would be there every Sunday. It was great, and we'll be back the next time we're in town.
18 at the Radisson is a wonderful experience!! I've had dinners here before, but never Sunday Brunch!! So many things to choose from like Belgian waffles, crepes, French toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, lunch items, Prime Rib, and the list goes on & on! Not only do they have cocktails to choose from as well, but the beautiful view is awesome! The "revolving restaurant" is great as you slowly rotate around and see Downtown Cincinnati and Covington areas, the river, etc. Staff was helpful and nice, restaurant was clean. It was a great experience!
The waitress Nikki really made my experience worthwhile. The food was decent, for the price I expected more. I'm glad I went. The view is beautiful.
The most amazing dining experience I ever had! The view was amazing, the food was amazing, and the service was amazing!!!
Fabulous view! Dinner was absolutely delicious. Our server was just great. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly. What a wonderful experience. Oh how I hope to come back again!! Yumminess overload!
My husband and I had never been here before. It was a pleasant experience. I had chicken marsala and he had calamari. The staff was very helpful, friendly & accommodating. The food was good but honestly, too salty for us. Everything was very salty. Another couple who was sitting near us had the same concern. The view is unbeatable. Gorgeous. If you have to eat gluten free like me, however, your options are very limited. They do have items on their menu that are gluten free. But if you are in the mood for pasta and the like you're out of luck. Over all, very nice.
It was a very nice dinner and the food was good. Would've rated it a 5 star but they don't have bread like they use to. Also I don't like how they sit u right next to people.
