Such a slow operating center. There is eveytime a 5 mins wait for someone to even to come and check on you to pick your order and get the payment from you. They would even see that a customer is waiting at the window but not even bother to come to help them. I can understand if they are busy but can't be everytine when thr front desk does not have any customer. And food quality is horrible. Day by day the way the make the food basically feels like a charity to the customers. I just keep ordering in this location as it is the close one to me. I literally pray for it to be good and they mess the food up horribly bad eveytime. I don't have time to go back and have a conversation. Hence posting the review here hoping they make a course correction. They can contact me in case if any more details in the review I have posted. I have been taking photos. God help the dominos Covington branch.

We ordered about 50 dollars worth of food and the online wasn’t working it kept saying to contact the store. So i called and placed my order the stuffed cheese bread is really hard and my pizza was supposed to be the Buffalo chicken pizza with a couple modifications and my hoagie wasn’t supposed to have onions. Whoever took my order messed my order up and my father in law picked my food up and once he got home I noticed our food was made wrong. I called and kindly asked if they could just remake my pizza the way I asked for it to be made and to remake the stuffed cheese bread because I paid 50 dollars for this meal that wasn’t made correctly. I even said I would bring the food back up without it ate off of and the lady said since it wasn’t on the receipt the way I ordered it she won’t remake my pizza that she will only replace the stuffed cheese bread. Worst customer service and I definitely won’t return I’ll go to Papa John’s before I order from this place.

Walked into the Latonia store to order a pizza a few days ago and was told a large 2 topping pizza was $15.99 and a 1 topping pizza was $9.99. How is that even possible? I walked out. Was obvious they didn't want to wait on me at all but finally did. A few months ago I wasn't waited on at all and walked out. This was my first time back. Do they not take walk-ins anymore? Were they trying to rip off an old lady? Never had a problem before but they used to have nice employees there.

Since the glass family took over this place has been a laughing stock. Save your money order from the one in Taylor mill. I love in latoina and I go through the extra bull to save my love for domino's that they killed. Only a star so I could warn STAY AWAY!

The best pizza, respect, and customer Service ever since I moved in since day one 2.5 years ago. Only pizza place we order from they have good deals and they take good care of you. Always one time with the orders

We order about twice a month. Usually pretty good and quick friendly service. One of my pizzas was incorrect the last time and they fixed it right away and only took about 5 minutes.

Sometimes you’ll get an ok pizza from here, most times it’s not fully cooked, then other times you wait 20 mins in the lobby for your food they can’t find that’s sitting on the rack. Better off getting a frozen pizza than ordering here

Several times drivers have come to the door without coats or jackets on. I was told that they’re not allowed to cover up the Domino’s shirt & jackets were $75 that they could buy themselves! When I worked at Domino’s in Lexington, there were jackets there for people to use while they were working, & we did. Do you think that if your drivers could afford a $75 jacket, they would be working for Domino’s?! It’s 36* out right now. Surely, the store could at least supply a jackets!

Trash location, terrible food quality constant problems with wrong orders. Order extra and pay for extra and receive less than standard worst domino's around by far. Only domino's that refuses contact after issues arise other locations you receive a call from management promptly to fix or apologize. Would not recommend for sure.

Placed order online at 5:37. Driver left the store with my order at 5:55. I was excited as the quote time (15-25 mins) was running on time. Instead of the driver coming to my house which is a 4 minute drive from their location, I can see on the tracker that they’ve been at the same location across from the store THE ENTIRE TIME. The estimated time of delivery just kept climbing. They’ve had my food with them for over an hour at this point. When I call the store, I can’t get anyone on the line. If delivery was going to take OVER AN HOUR they should’ve just asked me if I’d like to come pick it up. Very disappointed. I tipped over 20% ahead of time as I had no cash on me but wanted to ensure the driver was taken care of and would maybe be more considerate of getting my food to me hot. Someone should have at least reached out to me at this point. Tip is not deserved
