Getting right to the point, Iâm in the restaurant business. I understand short staffing and supply chain issues driving prices slightly up but this place was an insult. Theyâre charging 50 dollars for a 5 dollar bottle of wine. This trend continued throughout the wine list. Overall the food pricing was way too high for the portion sizes or quality. The 12 dollar Caesar salad sent me over the edge, the croutons were chewy and stale, the lettuce was dark and wilted and the dressing was entirely flavorless. If I owned this restaurant Iâd be ashamed of myself. Will not be going back.
I was excited to share one of my favorite places with an out of town friend. Unfortunately, I hadn't been there since they changed owners and won't be back. We arrived on time for our reservation. They had forgotten we were there and we were seated 30 minutes later. Half of our order was forgotten or completely wrong. Food was bland and drinks weak. Music was nice as always. I was disappointed.
Food has gone down hill. We are long time customers, but this time we were disappointed. Caesar salad was always fantastic but this time, had minimal flavor. Red Beans and rice also little flavor and very dry. Bread dry. So disappointed. Fettucini Alfredo was very good, steak was okay but not great. Service was bad- had to wait for waitress a lot - guess they are short staffed. Atmosphere and music was nice. We walked away feeling like we won't go back.
Good creole food, with good atmosphere and nice jazz band
Had reservations for 5...doors didn't open till 10 after 5...sseated and had to wait five mins for a server...afterwards everything went well...food was as expected...music was on the loud side....we've been coming here for years on special occasions and it just doesn't have the same feel....
Great food, terrible service. The restaurant filled up quickly after we arrived, but the tables with other servers seemed to be getting good service, but our server was inattentive, to say the least. She didn't check on our table very often, and I had to ask her 3 time to bring the check when we were ready to leave
Awesome Food and service. Music was fun and overall atmosphere is one of the best. Go with family and friends and enjoy a very nice evening.
If you are looking for New Orleans food not in Louisiana this is the place.
Had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. was seated right away and waiter was immediately at our table. Very friendly and helpful in describing items on the menu. Food came at a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. Made for a very pleasant dining experience.
Forgot our bread. Didn't mention the anniversary I checked down on the reservation. Food was not as flavorful. Just ok, definitely should have been more flavorful for the price.
