Bad attendance! terrible attendance! a girl from the same work group was humiliated in front of me on 22 07 2022, I felt twice embarrassed in my turn to say that they only accept cards and not cash...
Food was fine but there was no urgency whatsoever in making it. The line was long when we walked in and it moved slowly. Everyone behind the counter seemed distracted and would do one thing and walk away. I would think more than one person at a time was supposed to be making food on the front line, and there looked like there were three people working the front line, but most of the time, only one person at a time was preparing orders.Even the cashier kept walking away. They would get one item done and walk away to the back while someone else started the next one. Cashier would ring one item (there were three of us) and walk to the back and come back out to ring up the next one. Seemed very inefficient and nobody seemed to care.Besides that, no issues with the food itself and the outside seating was nice. Just need to work on customer service.
I love Chipotle bur each time I've visited this location they were lut of something major. Most recent visit they were out of cheese and chips. CHEESE? I love cheese, lol and ai could imagine my bowl without it. I most likely will not visit this location again and would rather drive a bit further. Mainly for the guarentee of not having to leave eplty handed and wasting time/gas.

Do not go here after 7:30pm, they will be out something you want for sure! Placed a mobile order for salad with dressing for delivery. Food arrived but did not have the salad dressing. I head out the restaurant and arrive, explain to cashier that I did not get dressing. She tell me that they are all out.
Update 4/22OK no chips again and Ohh an ld only online orders so if you want to eat in or you're driving buy it's now a 1/2 hour wait because you have to stand there and order it online and wait for it be made. Only to find out Ohh they don't have your items in stock.Looks like this store needs some new management or something. Or maybe it's going out of businessLooks like this is a three strikes you're out situation.........Every single time I try to get food here they are out of chips, guacamole or both.Luckily, I have learned not to order online because chipotle corporates solution to them messing up your order is to give you free chips and guacamole which of course you can't actually use because they are always out of chips.It would be nice is chipotle actually cared about customer satisfaction but concidering the number of times I've had to complain and the fact it still keeps happening consistently proves they don't.This isn't an isolated event. This has happens 6 times in a row in the past two weeks.Highly recommend not bothering with this chipotle.
Food was fine but there were some issues.The restaurant was dirty.The soda machine was out of a few sodas.The tea dispenser was out of everything.They have no hot sauces.There were a few homeless and mentally ill people in the restaurant.They kept making the order behind me wrong to the point the guy got frustrated and left. They then made comments about the guy having an attitude problem. He didn't, he just didn't want a burrito that's half cheese.
Used to visit this Place at least weekly once during my business trips. The best place to have Mexican food. I just loved the rice bowel with veggies and cheese.
card only, no cash accepted at this location! ive been here six or so times and this is the normal here. the food has always been good and the staff is mostly friendly.
