My order said Onion rings and I get fries .Not good
The family went and we truly enjoyed the service and the meal. I wish I had a picture to share but I ate it already?...me personally, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really good. It was my first time trying it and I will definitely be trying it again?...thanks Burger King for all you do.
Had an issue with an incorrect order this morning around 11 and the manager on duty was very kind, helpful, and resolved the issue very quickly. She was a delight to talk to. Everything else was great!

This location frequently runs out of beef products. How does Burger King run out of burgers all the time? This location should close and start over first by hiring management that is capable of placing a proper food supply order.
This is the third time I’ve received uncooked food people are rude as hell including the manager who finally agreed to give me a refund but wouldn’t even look at me when she was talking and handed the money out the window with out looking at me and slam the door. I’m sorry but I like my food to be cooked all the way and to be right every time I come to this location I receive old food, the wrong order, uncooked food and A side attitude.
Burger King #5435 Covington, KY. I walked in, a man in a blue shirt asked me what I wanted to order, I told him I had some coupons I had to look through them. He said you can only use one, which I knew already. Employee #650132 Calob was very rude in general and to the drive thru attendent, when she asked if they could put a sauce on a certain sandwhich he yelled out no. Meanwhile he finished my order and got my food. As I was eating noticed he went out to his car and lit up a cigarette. After smoking he came in Didn't wash his hands and continued to help people. He was quite loud and not polite all.
The rudest manager at night time.. The food is always cold... I'm done eating there til they can hire a better manager one that ain't so rude
