First time here and now we're customers for life! Their burgers are absolutely delicious! I had the Bard Burger and it was seasoned and cooked to perfection! My husband had the 5 Way and loved it! We also ordered their fries, which are homemade, they were delicious too! They have a full bar with craft beer, wine, and liquor. Their bourbon selection is great and the prices are good. We were full so had no room for dessert, but plan to order it next time. I highly recommend Bard's! It definitely is "the dive that's worth the drive"!
first time at Bards, and they definitely didn't disappoint. Food was awesome. Anytime you can add goetta to a burger I'm sold! Chili cheese fries were great as well as the curds and fried pickles. Tabby and company were great at their job and very knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommend, and definitely will be back
Loved this place!! I rolled myself out of there bc I couldn't stop eating! So much deliciousness in one place! We will def be back. The staff was friendly and informative. The atmosphere was clean and upbeat. Very busy but still attentive.
Have heard great things about the burgers and I have to say it was really good. I had the bbq burger, order of fries and a Sounder on tap. As mentioned the burger was excellent, the beer was cold, the fries were good - a little soggy but overall tasted good. I will definitely be back and will try the cheese curds next time. If you are in the area, definitely worth checking it out.
Wow! Welcoming atmosphere. Service was outstanding. Accommodating and attentive server made sure our party of 9 was well cared for. We felt welcome which seems to be rare in a post-covid world. No one reached the bottom of their cups without an offer to refill. The Mic’s Pub Burger was especially tasty. I think, without exaggeration, I can say this is the best burger and best dining experience I've had in NKY.
Good spot with friends. Donut burger is boss. Only con was that most of the kegs were tapped.
When you go to Bards Burger Just know it's gonna be delicious.I highly recommend the Deluxe Burger as its just a Great burger. The Mushroom Love Burger is also excellent and loaded with grilled mushrooms and onions on a tasty toasted bun so your bun doesn't get soggy at all. The Hand cut fries are tasty and crisp. Their chili is Cincinnati style and lean beef so it's fine and not oily. THE CHEESE CURDS....you gotta get a full order or you'll kick yourself... so crispy and lightly salty... and a breading that's so thin and crisp it's more like batter coated yet not.... They are just so good...There is public parking near by too.We will definitely visit again.
Food was awesome! Definitely get your fries with cheese sauce as they are a bit dry without.AND YOU HAVE TO TRY THE DEEP FRIED TWINKIE!
We met our friends there & enjoyed good company and great food and hospitality. I highly recommend the burgers . They are great with no of fixings , they are fantastic with your favorite add ons . And they have a bar . 5 stars . We will be back ?
Was made famous by “Diner’s drive ins and Dives show”. Parking is limited but we managed to find some street parking. They do have parking in the alley but that is limited too. We picked a busy time to visit. I had the 5 oh burger with a donut bun. A touch of sweetness with bacon and a crispy edges on the burger. So delicious!! My husband had a cup of chili with a shroom burger. I had a taste of his chili, so good. Could use a little heat for taste. Their fries are cooked twice, soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. Very good!! A fried twinky to finish off the meal. The outside breading reminds me of funnel cake. You can get syrup on the side but I didn’t, just as good without. Worth the trip!!
