Great quality chicken sandwiches. I love that they also have fried pickles.

Online it says they close at 9:30 pm. Got there before 9 with one car in front of me and they take at least 5 minutes to order. There are 5 or 6 cars behind me now and they tell me they’re closed. I’m guessing they made that guy in front of me wait so they didn’t have to do any other orders. Drove back by 10 minutes later and there were 2 cars in the drive through waiting. Don’t recommend.
Terrible restaurant.Forgot part of the order and wasn’t exactly polite about it. “Well, I made the chicken sandwich.” Well, it wasn’t in the bag. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and still had to go in and try to make it right. They also, somehow, managed to forget the nibbler in the kid’s nibbler meal. It was seriously just a box of cold fries. Joke of a restaurant.
I ordered a 12 count fingers and a order of friend mushrooms. The fingers were good but the mushrooms were super greasy some were hot and some were cold before leaving the parking lot. Seemed like they had been re-dropped in the fryer. Thinking no big deal I’ll just return them and get some fresh ones. I waited in line behind 4 other cars because the dinning room was closed. Still no big deal. But the fact that it took 5 employees standing up at the window with a nasty smirk on their face to look at the mushrooms I was returning was ridiculous. I will drive across town next time. This zaxbys used to be the best it’s definitely went down hill.
Open the dine-in!!! Ridiculous drive thru lines and slow service. Also some people like to not have to eat food in their vehicle. I’m in the service industry and lunch is the only time when I’m not in my work truck or a customers house and would like the option to sit inside and eat the food that I’m paying for. We’ve been in Covid now for 2 years and need to accept this is the new norm and stop making excuses for things to remain in lockdown
Kind of irritated, I probably wont return to this restaurant for quite a while. I ordered an 8pc boneless wing combo and after we got our drinks filled and sat down the cashier came to inform me they were out of boneless wings. I said tenders would be fine. Then 5 minits later she came to inform me that I needed to return to the register so they could remove the charge from my card, I thought "sweet, a free meal!" When i got back to the register the manager refunded my $8 and then charged me almost $11 dollars for the tender meal.. if I wasn't with my children I would've left then and there. I have worked in restaurants for years as a cook and manager and I have never seen a place with such tight inventory control that it's more important to account for 4 chicken tenders instead of taking care of the guest. The food was sub par and the lobby was dirty, there were 2 different wet floor signs out with dried cola underneath. I generally like zaxbys but was thoroughly dissatisfied with this particular store. I wont be back
Zaxby’s food is usually very good. The drive-through line was fairly long when I went through so I figured why not just download their app and have my order already put in for when I get to the window. Once I got to the speaker to let them know I had a mobile order they told me I would have to come in to pick it up. So after sitting in the drive-through line for 15 minutes I had to park go in and wait for another 10 minutes to get my order. Lesson learned from the US is do not use the Zaxby’s mobile app if you do not want to get out of your car
The food was good, but the wait was ridiculous. We were in the drive thru over 30 minutes. There is NO reason the dining room is not opened. Covid is a virus, it's not ever going away.
The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick as well.
