! Friend got the new flavoring. Which taste just like the garlic Parm and that would have been ok but the bite taste like pure salt and like they dumped the whole shaker. Then he took the order in and told them it was not the right flavor they said oh yes we gave you the correct flavor so there is nothing we can do. I tried to feed it to my dogs and they sniffed it and walked away. Now that tells ya something. So if a piece of paper say they gave you the right food and your taste says heartache waiting to happen. Which is right? The customer is not right anymore! This was the 1st time he had ever eating at this restaurant and my second time. But it will surely be our last. The brown haired girl is the rudest manager we have ever dealt with in our life. Never again!!
1st time ordering wingstop. The boneless wings were amazing! I got Hawaiian and honey BBQ! Also the Cajun fries are amazing too! Can't wait to order again!
Went to pick up an order on a Sat night at 11 pm and store hrs are 12 .we were told im not fixing Nymore orders for pick up tonight. Very hateful and rude. I have been in the store 3 times as I didn't know it was there and they have a lady with long brown hair (rude) an old lady (mean and rude) and a black lady that even worse. I have never in my life been treated so badly. If it was my business I would fire all 3 as I am not the only customer that was done that way. And they also cancel orders with out telling you. Because they didn't want to make it.
Ordered online and the site malfunctioned, saying the order didn’t even go through. So we ordered again and this time it went through. However before going to the store we noticed we were charged twice. So apparently the first order did go through, even though the site completely shut down. We explained what happened at the store and asked for a refund on one order but we were told that no refunds are given once the food is made. Note there is nothing on their website that mentions this. Will not be going back. P.s. would rate less than one if it was an option
Food is always hot and fresh. Never have a problem here. Love the mango habanero it’s the best. I get the thigh bites tossed in them. Wingstop in Bowling Green rules. Awesome Job
Worst customer service. So rude. Asked for no hot sauce in order, they put extra. Door dasher stated that they are always rude to them when they go to pick up orders. Maybe someone needs to explain to this little rude girl that without customers, she doesn’t have a job.
Disappointing to say the least. My boyfriend went into this wingstop to pick up his online order. Once he looked in the bag, he realized an order of fries were missing and went back to the store to get the fries he ordered. After waiting for a period of time, he got his fries only to realize they were still raw once he got home. Don't recommend this place
The most insufferable staff I've ever come into contact with. Every time I go in they're incredibly rude and disrespectful. I'm usually not very thin skinned but these people are pathetic at what they do. Don't waste your money here.
Waited over an hour for delivery, it said it was delivered but I never got it. Both the delivery driver and the store cannot be contacted. Phone line just beeps, I have tried calling for 15 minutes now. Very poor service!! Sadly not the first time this has happened. Do not suggest.
