Fast, friendly service. I placed two separate orders, at the same time. I got confused, while, paying. lol But, the drive through crew, were patient. And worked it all out. Food was fresh and hot. Both orders were correct. I really like the larger soda cups.
The roads in Bowling Green may suck at times but the food rarely dose. This location was quick and has never messed up my order going through the drive through they always there items ready when driving up to the pick up window. The staff is friendly and also very helpful when the uncommon Acurance happens and messes up something on your order. They pay the respect back that you pay them and I have always felt extremely satisfied with their service.
Ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club with well done bacon and was told they couldn't do well done bacon because they cook all their bacon in the morning. So we asked could they not put the bacon on the grill for a minute or two to crisp it up please. We were told no, they couldn't do that because of cross contamination. So it's ok to give people bacon that's sat all day but not crisp it up? This whole scenario is funny because we just ordered the same thing and got it earlier in the week at night. What a joke.
Ordered #10 Asiago grilled chicken club and girlfriend had a double stacker biggie bag. The grilled chicken was cold, dry, old and tasted like rubber. The fries instead of being hot and crispy was cold, stale and chewy. Double stacker was cold, dry and tasteless. The only thing that tasted like it should where our drinks. Definitely not coming back!!!
Wendys food is as good here as elsewhere, but they need a new mgr who's not hotheaded. Maybe she's hard on staff so turnover is high. She doesn't take well to complaints about their agonizingly slow service. They need customer service skill training; should have long, complex car order customers pull to the side like at McDonalds so everyone behind doesn't have to wait in the single line. Fast Food, this place isn't! its a Manager issue.
My daughter and I came through for breakfast. When I got to the speaker the worker asked me if she could help me when I said give me just a minute she tried with I hate when they do that then mimicked me and said just give me a minute. So I just pulled off and went to Mcds much worse food but much better service
Whoever was taking orders today did a horrible job. Ordered 3 meals every single one was incorrect. All the drinks are wrong. Our sandwiches made had wrong toppings, one sandwich was a cheese burger and we ordered chicken. Will not return!
The inside was closed, only drive-thru was available. Orders were filled quickly. The food was good, hot and prepared well. The staff was friendly.
Why does the app let you pick carry out or dine in when the lobby is closed. It's ridiculous that I order ahead and then have to wait in the drive thru.
Stopped here on the way home from Dallas to Cincinnati at about 8pm ct. We were trying to make it to Cincinnati that night. We were about 3 cars deep in the line. THIS PLACE IS SLOW!!!! Spent WAYYYYYYYYY too much time here for it being wendys. Different people came to the thing asking how may I help you then saying can you hold on? Greeting at window was unfriendly and took quite a while just to pay. Once we got to the food window they had our drinks not our food. The French fries weren't good especially being wendys. The chicken nuggest were hard and couldn't taste the meat just the salty outside. The frosty was quite liquidy too. Management seems to be an issue since it's supposed to be fast food and not sit there and wait for 15 mintues.
