The staff were very rude to us when I asked to do a second order. The fries taste like paper. Did not even fill our drink all of the way either and forgot the straws. Not a good look for Wendys.
First, the service was absolutely wonderful. As a former restaurant GM I would take great service over bad food that great food over bad service. Now, the food was a long the line of less than acceptable in it's taste, and more importantly amount, that I most likely have this restaurant as the last fast food restaurant I would ever visit in Bowling Green. All food was cold, and I live less than 5 mins away, there was not much taste to it but, more importantly to me was the amount was extremely insufficient. My chicken was completely covered by my biscuit but, even worse, my biscuit and gravy had less than 1/3 of 1 patty on the entire entree. 1/3of 1 patty as the ONLY source of meat on the entire entree. I do not allow my emotions to take over in life but, if things were different, I would most likely have a much, much "less than pleasant" attitude to accompany this review. Very, very disappointed. Especially considering I waited especially for this particular restaurant to open

Always good food, I get the triple cheese burger combo and a large Coke , they are fast and my orders are always right so co.e and get u our belly full at Wendy's where the customer is # 1 in Bowling Green Ky
Hands down, best Wendy's ever. Fantastic service, fresh, delicious food and a great atmosphere. As someone with management experience at Wendy's, I could tell this management team has got their act together. Give this whole crew a shout out!

Management and owner dont care about there employees at all. They are understaffed under paid and under appreciated. Evening lucky to have 4 people trying to run a restaurant. They cant keep anybody because Wendy's is 1 of the most low paying fast food jobs in Bowling green.
Do not order from this location through doordash! We've tried ordering multiple days in a row to get breakfast from this location, and every single time our money is taken but our order is canceled immediately. So then we have to wait multiple business days for our money to refund. I'm honestly not sure why this is happening, but I won't be ordering from here again.
Ozzy burger is good every time
Says 530 am is when they open. So you place an online order because you're in a hurry, the app takes your money and they show up at 550 to start the opening process while you wait in the drive thru lane. Work ethic is dead. #fightfor50hour...
