Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Like very affordable on any budget. The only thing I didn't like was the potatoes in the hibachi chicken. That's a personal preference though. Don't know if that's a new thing. Since I noticed most hibachi grills add potatoes now. 20 yrs ago they didn't. Maybe it's something they do more south you go. ?

My family and I have been customers of Tsunami for years, and often end up here on a Sunday bc it is the only place open that serves Pho. Their food is pretty good, service is always hit or miss. Our recent visit may have been our last. We were instantly greeted and sat, by a server yawning loudly. Another person brought our drinks and said our server was busy so took our order. This individual is the one that served us the rest of the time, we will tip 20% maybe more if we are being extra needy (ask for sides of sauces & refills) which in this case we did, but had to physically walk up with our cups when they were empty. We recieve our check and I see a 18% service charge, I ask about it and I'm told it is if you order 6 entrees the computer automatically adds this. I respond with "so its gratuity added?" & the server openly answered "yeah kind of"My young child noted that we only had 5, after the server leaves, she was right. I look at the reviews online and see this has been an issue and apparently it's checks over 60.00. My oversight in the past bc I'm 100% sure we spend over 60 bucks everytime we visit, so they've definitely made some money on our family. (My kids also noticed the person that was supposed to be our server napping) I am very much a local business supporter, but to add an 18% service charge with 4 people at a table with nothing posted about it, is not a place I will continue to support.

I ordered 2 Banh Mi sandwiches with no cilantro. When I picked up my order, both sandwiches had cilantro. Sever did put no cilantro but kitchen messed up. I told them they messed up. They said they will fix it and make me wait. When I got my sandwiches, I realized they just took of cilantro of sandwiches bc there was still some pieces of cilantro in sandwiches.I told them about it and the manger said that what they do and was not willing to make new one. It show how they take care of food.

Tsunami has a selection of different foods Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese. I have gotten the pho twice and haven't been disappointed. My family has tried the Chinese food and it's been good each time we've been. Probably not as good as a restraunt specializing in one type of cuisine, but it's nice to have multiple options. Staff is super friendly.

We were in town for business and spotted the restaurant from the road. My husband and I are vegan but my stepson is not so this was a great compromise. The manager consulted with us and offered fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, vermicelli with fried tofu substitute (#V3 on the menu) and a teriyaki tofu. My stepson tried the sweet and sour chicken which had a seasoned batter and it was similar to chicken nuggets with a dipping sauce. He doesn’t always try our food but we liked the spring rolls so much he ate one of those also. Great family dining experience! ??

We were the area and most of the food places are closed on a Sunday. This place is a savior for starving people like us after hiking the 4 hour Mammoth Cave tour. The Pho i got was very tasty. The service were quick and we got our food for a short period. Our servers were attentive making sure we got everything we need. Price is reasonable and lots of food to choose from.

It is a quiet and cozy spot. The food was great. They offer a diverse menu with Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese cuisine. It was very reasonably priced and I will definitely go back.

Fresh, delicious food of great quality and affordable prices. The portions are large and service excellent.

Very good food, fair pricing, and friendly staff. The sweet and sour chicken with fried rice was very good.

Surprisingly good. With a name like Tsunami serving both Vietnamese & Japanese foods, we didn’t think it would be that good. We wanted to try the other Vietnamese restaurant, but they were closed on Monday. We went here instead. 5 of us had the pho & 1 had a rice dish. Pho was very good, huge portions with lots of meat. Grilled pork chop for the rice dish was delicious. Service was friendly & prompt. Well done Tsunami.
