Friendly staff, food was great and the facility was CLEAN ? ?
This is the best Taco Bell in Bowling Green in my opinion. Not once have they gotten my order wrong, not once have any items been missing. Even with staffing issues they have always done a great job. And the food actually taste better and looks better at the Scottsville Rd location too.
The food ? here is awesome ?? but their headset isn’t . It needs to be updated & they need to give the employees a new one ☝️. Going through the drive through makes it difficult ? for customers & employees to communicate correctly. Please fix this issue soon ! It’s been 5 X that this has happened & it’s still not fixed !
Great Service! They were quick and super nice, totally my kind of humans! Not to mention, they did awesome on the food, I think I breathed it in, lol.
The last two times I ordered from this particular location through Grubhub, I was forced to wait an hour or longer for my order to arrive due to long lines at the drive thru. This location needs to hire some more workers and get their game in gear before I’ll order from here again.
This location is always friendly and fast. We usually order through the app but whenever we have to order at the drive thru its always quick.
Food was perfect, warm and all that, but store seems shortstaffed, no ones fault, be kind!
Taco's are void of fillings. They need to improve the volume of the stuffing, cause you pay alot for each of them and you still walk away hungry. NEED TO STUFF THAT TACO.
Drive thru was slower than molasses in a 10 below blizzard. Cashier was very rude and had an attitude the entire time.
Yummy food and haven't had any issues with service here.
