waited in the drive thru line for ten minutes with only one car ahead of me, pulled up to the window, they immediately took my money, waited at window for fifteen more minutes, was handed a bag of food and then asked to give it back because they got the orders mixed up, then i was asked to pull up to remake my order. while waiting for my food to be “remade” they had pulled up the car behind me as well. an employee brought out a bag of food and gave it to the car that was pulled up AFTER me. waited fifteen more minutes after being pulled up before my food was brought to me. a total of 45 minutes wait time. once i got home i found that the order i received was still not the correct order. when i called and asked for a manager i was told that no manager was working. and when i explained my situation and told them that i live thirty minutes away and was unable to make it back to the restaurant to hopefully have my food be remade properly this time, i was told that they could not do anything or refund me for my time wasted. will never be back.

I walked in restaurant. Had to wait to b waited on. Cashier finally came up. Forgot to give me my receipts for both orders. While I was waiting on my order, a Caucasian woman came in later after me. The whole cashier staff broke their neck to wait on her. Made me feel like she was more important than me. I want go back there. ?

The tacos were thrown together ( and he stuff that was supposed to be inside the taco didn’t quite make it)! The employees seem too much into their conversations to wait on customers

As long as you are patient with the short of staff issue their food is great.

Up to this point, I have had decent service at this location. Today I went by around 9:10am and ordered a #11 (labeled on the sign as a breakfast burrito) with steak. I drove up to the window, paid, and confirmed with the girl that it was suppose to be steak she was like "oh, I heard bacon, sorry about that". Didn't offer to change it or fix it, just matter of factly confirmed the miscommunication. Ok, whatever, no big...it's all meat anyway. Ended up somehow getting a crunchwrap with bacon.... I backed up to the window because no one was in line and asked the women about it, to which she said that a #11 is a crunchwrap. I was like, "Ok, that's fine, I must have read the sign wrong no big deal". So at this point, I've brushed off both things, kinda been a "whatever" kind of morning. I drove back around the drive through just to make sure I wasn't crazy and to see if I had really read the sign wrong...I hadn't. #10 is a type of burrito, #11 is a different type of burrito, #12 is crunchwrap. I just confirmed with the woman over the speaker that their sign is incorrect. At this point, I basically have a bag of stuff I didn't order at all, pointed it out, and noone cared to try and fix it. So I start to drive off, while shrugging off the whole thing and I think to myself, "Ya know, this isn't even remotely close...I feel like maybe someone needs to say something?" So now I park and walk up to the door, which is locked? Walked over to the other door...it is also locked. Called the store on the phone, no answer....well, I tried. So then I left. The reason I gave this a 2 rather than a 1 is because the woman at the window psuedo-entertained me, unprompted, with a story about her alcoholic uncle who apparently drinks his coffee the same way I do. Perhaps this should have taken stars away...but since I can't go below a 1, I'll just send it the other direction and appreciate the fact that perhaps she needed someone to listen. In summary, I clearly ordered something that was pretty simple, got something back that wasn't remotely close to what I ordered, no one cared about the difference, couldn't talk to anyone at the store other than the woman at the window, and got regaled with a impromptu narrative about how in another life I could have ended up as an alcoholic based upon my coffee preferences.

Disgusting. Employee went in the restroom, pooped, and didn’t bother washing her hands. This is disgusting, very unsanitary.??

SLOPPY NO PRIDE WITH THESE YOUNG ONES NOWADAYS.. BRING ON THE ROBOTS ATLEAST FOR FAT FOOD, WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE GROSS STUFF THAT HAPPENS WITH PEOPLE WORKING EITHER

My boyfriend and I stopped by tonight at around 9:10. There was probably 3 or 4 cars in front of us and we were in line for 20 minutes before it started moving. People just started to drive off. When we got to the speaker no one would answer so we gave up. When we past the windows someone was turning off the lights and closing up. It’s 9:30 at this point and we got there at 9:10. This location isn’t supposed to close till 10 pm. They had plenty of time to knock out a few more customers before close, but instead decided to close up while people were in line.

Very friendly staff very good food restrooms were very very clean and overall a pleasant experience

Who can say anything bad about Taco bell? Love it!
