The Russellville rd location in bowling green ky refuses to open the lobby, tried drive up window to see they can not keep their credit card ability I service. I feel 10 and 12 year olds could manage this taco bell better.
Ordered two $5 cravings boxes online. Get home and the main specialty item is missing. The nacho chips also tasted like pool chemicals.
Four items out of our bag were wrong. We only got seven items... So more than half of our order was wrong. And they wanted us to go back, through the long line, in order to get it correct. Because they're still locked up. They still don't have dining room service. The cashier(Laura) was rude and told me I would have to go back through the line. When I asked for a manager, she come to the window with an attitude, I was met with more hostility at their mistakes. We will not return.
I ordered 2 tacos supreme w/o sour cream. When I was able to eat them, 5 minutes later, they were cold, the ingredients were falling out of the wrapper on me, and the wrap was stale!! The worst meal I have ever had there. No excuse in them not being hot. I won’t be back in a long time…if ever.
We ordered the Cheesy Gordita Crunch + 2 Dorito taco and neither one of them had meat
Was not wanting to post this but I can't let it go. They never get the orders right they ALWAYS forget something. Me and my wife ordered from here yesterday and had our order read back. Proceed to window all that. They didn't put my wife's cheesey gordita in the bag. I call and was td to bring the reciept and they would take care of it. My wife goes in there to get it and they were so rude to her. They made fat jokes about her saying look at her she probably wants free food cuz she's fat. The manager told her she needed to make up her mind what she didn't get. I told her on The phone and she told her when she walked in. Very unprofessional. We have never had good luck here their always pushy and rude. They don't care about customer service. They only care about goofing off and going outside to smoke cigarettes all day
Disorganized .... If your out of a item that u need to make your company's food items with .. then typically you would have a manager or someone go to the grocery store and buy what items u are out of until truck comes... You don't tell your customers or delivery drivers that's been waiting a half hour or so to tell u their order for u to say sry can't do it have to cancel and reorder ... Just felt like it was unorganized or unprofessional like ... They could accommodate their delivery drivers as well with a pick up window or something !! Just suggestions....
I don't have a car they don't want to open the door . Everyone has the door open except for Taco Bell. I asked them if they're planning to open the door they say no because they're short staffed but then again I saw 4 persons sitting in the table I guess they We're on lunch Or ready to punch in. they were tripping over each other in the kitchen when I was in the window but they didn't want to take my order through the window. They insisted I should use the app and then I told him... How am I'm gonna pick it up if I aint got a car?!
The wait in the Drive-Thru line was a little long and kind of got on my nerves however the food was fresh tasty and hot so I guess that made up for it. What can you say except it's Taco Bell lets head for the Border baby!
It was late at night. We call to see what time they close. We got there 15 mins before they close and magically the computer was down and they couldn't fix anything after driving 40 minutes. They said im the one you talked to but I dont know what to tell you. By the time I'm done we will be closed. Argff
