What kind of nasty place is this? First of all, we ordered on the app, then went to pick it up and we were told they didnt have anything we ordered on the app. They ran out. No biggie, but the girl at the speaker had a very rude attitude about it. I ordered different food in the drive thru, waited a while, tried to be patient. Then i get my food, and I'm met with attitude, i say thanks, she gives me a dirty look and closes the window. OK. Fine. I get back to work and go to eat my meal, and of course there are multiple, LONG, hairs that were mixed in cheese. Disgusting. All around. NASTY attitudes and NASTY kitchen.

Arrived at 840 AM pulled up to the screen to order waited a good min no one answered I drive up to window not a single person inside. I go to the front door it’s locked. Saw one person inside walking around. These guys open at 8 am I arrived at 840 am they refused to answer door phone or anything else. This place is a joke without any management skills. Best thing to do is close It down since there employees don’t even wanna work.

Ordered on-line through their app (Android) to "speed up" the process. There were a few cars in the drive-thru line (that at the time was moving pretty fast). From time of online order to getting the food -- the better part of an hour! Not sure what's going on there, but an apology or a bag of cina-twists would have been nice for the long wait.

Terrible, in person and through Doordash. Something is always missing from our order. And even though they say they're open until 1 am, if you try to place an order any time after 9:30 pm, they cancel it. On several occasions they didn't even cancel it, they just let the Doordash driver show up and then tell THEM (when the driver is supposed to be picking the order up) to tell us to cancel our own order. They never give a reason why. Lazy and irresponsible. Just avoid until they replace their staff and/or management.

My son went to the taco bell on nashville rd he ordered 2 nacho bell grande meals a taco party pack hard supreme hard shell and bean burrito. We got neither one of the tacos that went with the meal. My son calls up there, not even acting upset like he felt ,the manager on duty proceeds to call my son a liar. And doesn't offer the food we paid for and didn't get nor apologize for her mess up.

Got in line to order a party pack and they said they didn't have enough help to make 12 tacos. WTH then you sit in line for 30mins. just waiting to get the hell out.What is going on why even open if you can't fill oders.

45 min wasted. I pulled in the drive through with 4 cars ahead of me & it took 25 min to get to the order screen only to hear them say they were currently closed & only taking mobile orders. Of course by this point I was stuck in line. So it took another 23 min just trying to get out of there. No sign warning you before you're stuck in line, i double checked on my way out.

Went to pick up a mobile order and they already had ample time to make it but it wasn't ready. Then they tell me they don't make the order until you get there which is no different then coming there and ordering in the first place. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting on my order and watch them give people behind me their food. It wasn't until I got vocal that my order was given to me. That place was full of bad attitudes!

Food was horrible, once they got the order correct. Had to go thru drive thru twice just to get most of my food corrected. I just gave up on the rest, I wasnt going thru drive thru again. Thats why they need to keep the inside open for those problems.

CONSTANTLY out of food, they dont update their website on food they are out of, wait times are about 15 minutes for the drive thru even with nobody in line. Very obvious they dont have it together and its been this way a few years. Quite sad.
