Decent subs but there are far better options elsewhere in town.
Tuna bowl was very good. App wouldn't work though. Had to stand in line.
Worst experience ever!! It started with two teenagers ignoring me and being more interested with what was on another workers phone it’s sad when their more interested in their iPhones then making money for their restaurant I would hate to be the one to own this franchise.
First time here, brings the total number of Subways in Bowling Green back to 13 I think, unsure how long this particular one has been here. Foods good as usual, nothing to complain about. Had a small sub, never have had the buffalo chicken before, not very spicy, which is fine, pairs great with ranch. #338
Terrible service. Had to pay extra even though I got less on my sub. Terrible employees, had to keep reminding them that what I had.
The worst subway in BG!! They burnt my sandwich and then got an attitude with me when I confronted them about it. She slammed the toaster door while making my second sandwich. The customer service at this subway is awful! I ended up throwing away my sandwich when I got home because it tasted awful.
This place is normally good but today it was awful. I asked for a ham and cheese sandwich with chicken on it and for it to be toasted. I get my sandwich and my cheese and ham are warm but my chicken is cold.

Also asked for mayonnaise never got any. Hands down the worst one and won't be back. Save your self the trouble and just go to the subway across from rockfield. You'll thank me later.

This was probably the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Today, I went through the drive through for two sandwiches. The lady taking my order was incredibly rude and didn’t let me finish my first sandwich order. I tried multiple times to let her know that there were other toppings I wanted and she yelled at me and said, “We’ll get to that! Now what do you want with (second sandwich)!” I was dumbfounded and finished up my second sandwich. She never asked about any toppings for my first sandwich and rather than getting the two meals with drinks, I received a sandwich with just the meat and cheese, one complete sandwich order, and two cookies. I will not be going back to this location again.
