Good sammiches and drive thru Subway is always a bonus.

Ordered ahead and customized order for all sandwiches ordered. Same order as I always get. Got to the store was told there was a lunch rush. Ok I'll buy that but then again I ordered 20 mins ahead of time to just grab and go.Took the girl making the Sandwiches until 15 mins after I was to pick up my order and because she did not read what was to be on a certain sandwich had to get her to remake and she tried to argue with a paying customer.Ordering ahead should have been made first not last. My money had been taken out at 11:44 am when I ordered. I know we are in a pandemic but if you want to keep customers and have them come back don't argue with a paying customer and follow the instructions on the receipt about what customers want and don't want on something

I’ve never been here during a busy time - every time I visit, it is slow and I get fast service. The employees have always been very courteous to me. I always go in to order because I wanna see what they’re doing and what they’re putting on the sandwich. Most Subways don’t put hardly any veggies on the subs any longer. Order inside and ask for more if it isn’t to your liking. My favorite Subway in Bowling Green.
Every single time I order here they put less than the minimum for veggies and meat. Buffalo chicken sandwiches they don't cover to the end. They stop about 2 inches from the end. They space out tomatoes to make em appear to reach the end of the sandwich. On a footlong you'll get 4 small tomatoes and 4 pickles. This isn't a big deal if you go inside to order because you can just say "add more"....just kidding. You ask for more and they put less than half of what they just put on there. If you order drive thru or pick up and ask for extras you're not getting them. This isn't a one time experience either. I avoid this subway if I can because they're so stingy.
