Subway sandwiches don't taste good through drive thru. They don't fix it right
Can't go inside because of short staff, set in drive through only to be told they can't take cash because they can't open the register drawer. ??????
The most disrespectful employees. I don't recommend this location only because of disgusting employees to anyone! I was the only one there at the time and they refused to take my order at the window because I didn't see the speaker to order before hand, they were quick to slam the window in my face.
I was walking home, and decided I felt like ordering a sub to go. Walking up to the drive-thru window, a cheerless employee informed me that I would have to walk back over to the drive-thru speaker to order. When I pointed out that I was right at the window, and she could place the order, I was flatly told that I had to use the speaker because it was easier for the employees. Quite ridiculous. I did not order, and seriously doubt that I'll be back.

It's not a regular Subway! I love Subway sandwiches, but this place cannot make typical food for this franchise. The first time it was just an awful sandwich, and the second time its nasty food and brutal service. The girl that took the order was using foul language and yelling at the manager after I showed them the sandwich she made. Not sure if the manager can coach professionalism and ethical behavior to someone she is afraid of. I hope this will reach the regional manager.
I got a lousy sub the other but the management contacted me by email to say that he corrected the employees on their standards of sandwich making. He didn't offer to replace it which I felt was the appropriate response to my first review.
I haven't eaten here in 4 years, it was time to resample the goods. Had a half inch steak "Cali Fresh". I wanted it just like the picture, they don't have the pictures in the restaurant which is unfortunate and should be rectified. This location currently does not offer dine in, which is understandable, all things considered. I've seen that the lunch crowd car line is significant, can't help thinking they must be doing something right. Come on over, the water's fine. #129
My husband and I go to this Subway all time. Today this ended as he tried to order online and put on sandwich lettuce, tomato and yellow mustard. He picked it up got home had everything on it especially those stinking onions. Took it back they would not give us correct sandwiches or our money back. Hope you enjoy that money won’t be getting anymore. Came home tried the app again which Subway said is not there app if you choose only 2 toppings it gives you everyone they have. This place sucks.
