Customer service here is horrible I worked grub hub they never had the food ready and they always was rude and playied games there food is gross honestly and there bathrooms and lobbys never clean needs a health violation.
Food was good just the kiosk was a little off things I ordered I had to reorder but all in all food and service was good
Great food made to order. There is no wait staff; you use one of the kiosks to place your order. When food is ready, your name is called to come pick it up. Simple!
Ordered in the app at 9:15 pm and then the doors were already locked, but in-store was an option in the app and store hours said 10 pm. By the time I got my food, it had been sitting in a warmer for over 20 min since I now had to wait for all the cars in drive thru. I would have cancelled the order had I know this was how they handled things.I was told "we have a warmer" when I asked if there was a way to get my food that was ready any sooner. I don't think the warmer was designed for 20 minute waits.
The young men working last night did a great job getting orders out while helping customers and delivery drivers like myself.
Kid loved the fresh hot food! The fries were awesome because for once at at fast food place I could actually taste the salt. :)
The employees here are always friendly and courteous and the food is always good. It's rare to find mistakes with my order here. They do tend to run out of cherries for the milk shakes pretty often.
First time I've been in steak and shake in a while it appears that the burger has changed quite a bit very thin and also the bun did not enjoy ordered two singles could only eat half of one
The experience has definitely changed with no one to seat you or greet you. You now check in at a kiosk and order your meal. A self serve beverage station and waiting for your number to be called. All very impersonal and not the type of restaurant experience I would wish on anyone. Go someplace that has service and waitresses still.
Love this place.. cheap prices. Some days are better than others. Some days super fresh and hot. Some days not as fresh as others. But good deal for what you get.
