I ordered a danish and Permint Mocha on the ap. They were busy, my preordered drink wasn’t ready. I watched the barrister make my drink he was short a pump of mocha. I wasn’t sure so I didn’t say anything. I checked my app and sure enough there should have been 4 and I only got 3. It was okay but could have been better.
Love this Starbucks! We always get friendly and patient Baristas. With very delicious drinks! Clean bathrooms! Clean restaurant! They always have a cup I'm looking for! Keep up the awesome work!

Apparently, someone ahead of us ordered something like 18 coffee speciality drinks at the drive-thru window and we were stuck in the vehicle line for about 20 minutes or longer. And then when we finally get to the drive-thru window to get our two cups of simple Pike’s Place coffee, we found out they were luke warm once we had driven off and took our first sip of them. Perhaps, the staff should learn to work much faster when they get these big orders or at least make sure that the coffee is hot before sending it out the window to their loyal customers like us. Thank you.

Dunkin Donuts is supposed to be quicker than Starbucks. I'm not too sure on that though. They had a very long line and they moved along super quickly and gosh the drink was so awesome.
