Incredibly slow and very poorly managed. I have given this sonic multiple opportunities and chances to prove itself and to provide good customer service. This location has failed me every single time. I’m not sure if they are incompetent or just incredibly understaffed. Either way, this location needs to either be shut down or put under new management. There are a dozen sonics in this area. Please, for the love of god and the good of the community, find another location to patron.
I only order drinks through the app since it's always 1/2 price, which is a great deal, and the drinks are wonderful, but the service is absolutely pathetic. The data signal often gets blocked when you pull in a stall, so it can take a while to log into the app. They are almost always understaffed and out of some food items, but I don't buy the food because it's overpriced. Don't think about going here in the night time for a nice ice cream, because their machine is always broken. Go to Dairy Queen instead.
I'm pretty sure the person taking our order was purposely ignoring us and after they finally acknowledged us, I asked what was on a certain item... they ignored us again and we had to end up going through the drive through since no one cared to actually help... we told 2 other workers and they just walked away and didn't care. Literally. How do I remove the 1 star?
1 star for the location and another star for the food quality. Although there are many things to try at sonic, the wait overrides the enjoyment of the service. Send help to this location painfully slow and I can't imagine how the customers feel waiting at the order booths. Send Sonic Help!!
My chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through ? And my strawberry Cheesecake Shake didnt have any Cheesecake......everything else was fine though.
This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. They are the slowest by far and should not even be open. I have personally worked for sonic and there no way even if there was two people in the building it takes as long as they take to get food and drinks made. This is just a disgrace. Your never going to wait less than 20-30 minutes every visit. I would rather drive 20 minutes away from my house than to come to this sonic ever again. And i Know the 7 cars behind me that have been waiting 45 mins for a drink feel the same way, not counting the 50 I’ve already seen pull out of the line and leave. So much business lost, along with how successful this sonic could be. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
The food quality is good, but it is chronically slow. I usually wait 20-30 mins or so for the couple drinks I get. I know its not the employees fault, they are always working hard. The manager needs to staff more people during the day.
Good food, about what you'd expect from sonic but this last experience was a bummer because it took a really long time to get my food.
Pretty descent food, never really had any issue with forgetting anything, although could have a little more enthusiasm when it comes to customer service instead of feeling like I'm being rushed or they're miserable. Honestly depends on the person you get that day on how your service will turn out.
Waited so long for the buffalo chicken that the rest of the order was cold and I don't believe the hotdog was beef. I actually threw it out, won't ever go back.
