Horrendous, workers do not know the menu at all and never seem to be able to understand anything over the speaker. Actively ignored customers on multiple occasions and frequently completely mess up orders. I. Just. Wanted. A. Shark Week Slushie. Three people in the car said it multiple times and explained it several different ways and THEY STILL WOULDN'T GIVE ME ONE! Ended up with a plain slushie with what appeared to be nonfood debris inside instead of strawberry blood. If you want your day ruined make sure to come to This Sonic, I don't know any others that do it quite like them.
Food was so so, burgers were cold and fries were not fresh you could tell.. I have had better tasting food at other sonic before they must have just been off today well try again another day everyone deserves a second chance
I love coming here but today was weird. The guy taking my order told me slushies don't have ice in them. Ummmm ok ?
I come to this sonic almost daily and anytime we come to get a slushee or ice cream both machines aren’t working. Seems like after a certain time of day they just don’t want to make any. The waits are ridiculous when you do order something that they are willing to make. Poor customer service all the way around.
Cheese burger was great. Did not taste like fast food. Milkshake was delicious. It wasn't busy so food was delivered quickly.
This location was fine. Just the food. Not the staffs fault. It's pretty good going down but heartburn a plenty.
I was very disappointed in this sonic. All of the slushes were out and some of the food was either not cooked fully or had green stuff on there food (probably mold) I will not be coming back to Sonic!
The food is good. The service is fast but the people never seem friendly. It's like they never say hello or thank you. I understand at times it's busy but say thank you at least.
This is the 2nd time of going to this location and speaker at drive thru not working with no sign. When I got to the window I let her know we had been waiting and 4 more cars behind us, the cashier didnt know if it's the speaker or headset. Management didn't seem to care as she told him while I was there at the window, he just walked away. Never did come out to address it
Went thru the drive-thru last night with my wife and ordered a Reese's Sonic Blast, Cheese sticks with Mozzarella, and a strawberry shake without whip cream. My wife wanted the Strawberry shake and Cheese Sticks. I want the Blast. The young women over the intercom said there will be a long wait, do I still want the order. "Yes", I replied. We waited about thirty minutes in a drive thru. We both received a shake!!! My Sonic blast was so bad that I had to wait till my wife was done with her shake to use her straw. Looked like a bunch of high school kids working without management.
