Ordered on the app 1/2 price drinks. Could not check in when we arrived, system problem. Buzzed in on the order board but they did not have our order. Somehow they were able to charge us for the order but they couldn't fill it (it was already charged to our bank card) Finally was able to resolve the problem after visiting the service/employ entrance. Was suprised that no one came to us to help with the issue. Drinks were good, service... not so much

Yesterday attempted to order food. 25 minutes of activating the red button no one answered. Drove away and saw two employees sitting outside. Yes, everyone deserves a break but it would have been nice to have know they were on break. Tried to order on DoorDash and they said that this restaurant would not give over the food. Haha. I’ll never go to another sonic here in Bowling Green.

I never write reviews but this honestly needs to be addressed. Me and a friend came to sonic after work to get something to eat. We went to the drive in and waited almost 10 mins after we pressed the red button and no response. Finally went to drive thru and ordered. When we got to the window Mikayla, the worker, took a while to acknowledge us and when she did it was with a bad attitude. Handed us our food and spilled some of our meal which was popcorn chicken and half of it was spilt out. She just stared at it. Didn’t apologize or clean up the mess or offer us more of our meal. Also got a cherry limeade slush and it was not even mixed up at all. It just looked white on top and barely anything in the bottom. It’s was disgusting. It just really tasted like ice. And also it was leaking all on the sides. We love sonic a lot but we was absolutely disappointed in the service we got today.

More convenient drive-thru was closed, out of Blue Coconut flavor, and their ice cream machine was down. Seemed like workers didn’t want to be there. Waste of time. 0/10.

Customer service is pathetic, if not simply nonexistent. Sitting at a drive thru WINDOW for 9 minutes without even being acknowledged and not being given the wrong order isn't a great way to go. I wouldn't say anything if this was a one time experience, but it's become pretty regular at this location. The only good, redeeming quality was that the food tasted within the realm of what to expect for Sonic.

This location is always understaffed and it takes FOREVER just to get your order taken, not to mention how long it takes to have the food brought out.I have a picky eater (6 year old) that wants only ketchup on his burger and they get his order wrong so oftenThat I don't even order food for myself there because I know I'll end up with wrong sandwiches that he will refuse to eat and they will tell me to keep them anyway.

Make sure you triple check your order when they give you your food. I asked for popcorn chicken and got tater tots. They have messed up my order multiple times.

Literally had me sit and wait for 15 minutes before they told me the slush machine wasn't working. I understand the machine not working, that's OK, but to process my payment and then not say anything for 15 minutes while I waited is just ridiculous and callous.

The burger was cold it was obvious it had been sitting and the bun was a bit hard and felt like it had been in the fridge. I mean . I had something added to my burger so I'm surprised they didn't at least heat it. The tots were luke warm but you could tell they weren't up to par either. I have to say the server was quick and very polite. I gave her a tip. I think it's forgotten to tip the server sonic since one isn't dinning in.

Me and my husband ate here today for lunch for the first time since moving to the area. The food was great and hot! During our visit a woman, that I assume is the manager, brought out the very nice lady that was our car hop, with a man, back out in the front of sonic directly in front of our vehicle where a heated discussion took place. We could hear everything. This continued until we left and still was going on. As a past employee of a different company in a similar situation, I felt this was extremely unprofessional, and a violation of the confidentiality right of this employee. Not to mention, this also made us uncomfortable for all persons involved.
