Just went to the store at Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green. I asked for a fresh slice of pizza that came out of the oven and Sarah refused to sell me the slice I wanted to buy. I'm calling Corporate. This was not appropriate and I will never buy Sbarro again. Thank you for the outrageous service.

Pizza is average at best this has to be the worst location… the one in Knoxville tn is 100x better! This location needs new management and crew it’s ran very poorly!

I would give this rating no stars if it was possible. I went to the went to their website ordered a pizza paid for the pizza using my debit card was given a time to pick up the pizza. I got to the mall to pick the pizza up and there wasn't anyone working. There were no pizzas in the windows, no employees, there's no movement of life at all. Their website did not indicate that they were closed it was 4:30 in the afternoon. If they don't have enough help to open their store they need to disable the ability to order and pay online. I am out $18.01 and no pizza not to mention my time.
Pizza was cold and old definitely won't go again
Neither of the employees had on a mask. One didn't have one at all and the other had it hanging off of one ear. That will keep a lot of people from giving you their business and also breaks CDC guidelines. This will get you shut down.
During my 11/22/20 & 11/29/20 visits employees working the front were wearing masks under their noses making their masks useless, and emerging from the back room with no mask on at all
