High School Graduation celebration is what brought us into Red Lobster. We had a group of 7. Our server, Caleb, was the best server I have had in a long time. He was on top of every need, conversational, fun, but not too much, he was outstanding!

Went to enjoy lunch on a Tuesday after a busy morning. Leigh, the server, made the dining experience top tier! I love a mimosa but like it w/pineapple juice and they provided! The service and food was excellent and I'll happily be returning.
The food was delicious, salad very fresh!! My husband and I got the all you can eat shrimp and it was very good, but a suggestion would be to not make us wait so long for more shrimp when we were ready!! Also maybe a few more options of which shrimp to choose from!! Other than that very pleased with our experience!!
The service was poor. Server forgot a item my wife ordered which was a lobster tail. It took forever for her lobster tail to be brought out. It took so long she was finished eating before it arrived. It was so late the server actually asked my wife if she wanted her to wrap it up to go ?. When my salad arrived there was no dressing on it so I had to ask for it. When my entree arrived the baked potato was so small it looked like it was harvested while it was still a baby ?. The first basket of cheddar biscuits that were brought out were raw and mushy inside not completely cooked. I ordered a Budweiser long neck beer and when the server brought it she had the beer I ordered and a Bud light beer. Alyssa the server said the bar tender had accidentally opened the bud light too and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay for the bud light also. Overall we paid over $75 for this meal and I actually ended up wishing we had gone to Captain Ds because if I wanted fast food service like we received I may have well paid fast food prices. Totally unsatisfied with this dining experience and me and my wife have dined at Red Lobster dozens of times it was our go to place for special occasions but not now.

I had to send my steak back and the baked potato was pretty small. They were very accommodating in remaking my meal. My boyfriend from Holland is here visiting and loves seafood, so I had to bring him there. He thought the food was very good.
We came in with a large party for a birthday celebration and our service was top notch. We had a couple of hiccups with food but nothing that our server couldn’t remedy. Most of all, our party had a fun time!
