Tried the new flounder fish sandwich. Selected the classic (rather than 'spicy') and it was still almost too spicy but still good. Went through drive-thru and had to wait about 12 minutes for order to be ready.

I don’t normal write reviews... BUT I waited in line for over 40+ minutes..... The customer service was completely awful. The lady boxing the food (she had red/purple hair, seemed like the manager) was eating food while boxing the food. ALL THAT TIME I WAITED.... MY FOOD WAS COLD AND SOGGY....

Horrible experience within restaurant. Workers were cussing and being loud, while one employee returned from the restroom without washing his hands. Proceeded to put customers food into Togo bags. Our order was messed up as well and we utilized online ordering. Waited 10+ minutes for food, but the food was good.

Ordered a few time at beginning when they opened it was great.No problems ..Now within a year I've ordered a few times wrong cosistantly.. 20 pc had 6 wings no drumsticks I think 1 breast and out of mac n cheese..Either owner of the buisness cant keep up with supplies or they seem to be hiring from KFC

Twice in a row chicken sandwich was luke warm and tough and tasteless. Fries cold. The only thing good was the tea.

We have attempted this fast-food multiple times, as we have like other Popeyes locations. This one has gotten our order wrong the past 3 times (spaced many weeks apart), in addition to a 20+ minute wait not during rush hours. This time there were no fries in either order, both orders were mild (one was supposed to be spicy), and one order was a completely the wrong combination and drink. Said they were out of “legs?” They are a chicken restaurant, so I found that interesting…

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience I literally had to wait 25 minutes to receive my food when proceed to the window mask where below the face and not on properly no gloves to prepare my food as I finally made it home I was so disgustingly upset to receive my food as if it was rushed to be prepared or nobody had cared contacted the restaurant and received a busy signal my experience was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in a while but unfortunately I will not be back

I ordered 2 pc leg meal with macaroni and mashed potatoes. It was hor and fresh and tasted good. My only problem was it was a little too greasy.

The food is always good, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered from the app I get there 10 minutes later and the food hasn’t even been started, and they will tell me they don’t have an order for my name or order number.I show them the app order and the emailed receipt and that I’m at the correct location and they say oh so sorry and have me wait another 15-20 minutes for the food. Just pretty annoying ordering early every time for this to happen almost every single time I come here.

I know you have to take who you can get in the door these days, but I about gave up and left. The lady at the counter kept having to start completely over and could not take the most simple directions. She literally could not even handle the names of two different sauces when I returned to the counter for only sauce. That was to much.The chicken pieces were undercooked and the beans were runny, but the rest of what we got was good, even though it wasn't all correct still after about 5 tries. Didn't get desert, we were all to fed up by the end of the order to try adding anything else.
