Absolutely terrible. We’ve gone here before and had no issues but the crew that worked today- burned Mac and cheese, dried out old French fries and all wings with exception of 2 breasts in a family meal. Got the lazy crew for $32 I guess.
Slow and wasn't accurate with my order. I don't know if was short staffed but they didn't seem quite with it.
my first trying this chicken today..I got 3 piece dinner..with mashed potatoes and biscuit...oh boy this chicken coating was hard...lots of batter..mashed potatoes had something HOT for gravy on top...and a poor tasting biscuit that tasted like baking soda..didnt even rise like most biscuits..they never offered any thing to put on the biscuit..I took mine home..I suspose this is what it's susposed to taste like but it's NOT for me

Was there 30 to 45 min before closing there was very little available was told there was chicken nuggets was charged for nuggets n fries that I didn't receive
They were offended because I ordered a family pack? The chicken was over cooked and old.

Slow service, I used to work for Popeyes years ago and the management of the food bar is poor, they didn't have enough chicken on the bar for a mild 2 thigh and 1 leg order .. had to get a spicy. They took their time getting the order ready, they need to speed it up a notch to keep customers from waiting 15 minutes for a 3 piece dinner and a popcorn shrimp. They didn't drop my shrimp order until 15 minutes after I ordered it. We are our food in 2 servings, had my sides eaten and biscuit before I got my shrimp. You can do better than this.
rude staff, food always cold or stale
Out of spicy chicken (bone in) substituted with cold strips. Biscuits hard, no mustard sauce of any kind and all around unfriendly.
