Dont bother ordering from them, they will call you and tell you a two hour wait and not going to send a driver out for nothing. Totally disregarded I left a 20 percent tip on my order. Pizza Hut you have lost my business permanently!!! Bless their hearts!!!!! I will be contact with the district manager!
So I ordered the big dinner box 2 pizzas, bread sticks , & wings. My wings were the wrong flavor as well as they sent no sauce for the dry hard bread sticks & my husband's pizza had no meat on it , the people was respectful they just didn't make the order right at all !
Pizzahut has got fresh and hot pizza just like you order it with fat delivery while the food is still hot.
I ordered a pizza with extra Marina sauce and the pizza we got was dry as could be and definitely had no extra Marina sauce on it. I was highly disappointed!
Order placed at 6:08. Emailed received from Pizza Hut confirming order and indicating that it would arrive by 6:40. Called store at 6:58 and was advised by the girl that answered the phone to wait 30 more minutes and to call back if not received. Waited another 7 minutes, then called back to speak to a manager. Andrew took the call and indicated that he would refund my money, then he put me on hold. When he came back to the line, he was nasty and asked if I wanted my order cancelled. I asked his name and he said you can have the other manager's name, too. He said her name was Wanda. I told him that I'd be contacting corporate about how I was treated and the fact that the order had not arrived after over an hour. He acted as if he could care less about it and said 'fine'. When asked when my $46 would be refunded, he placed me on hold again, then returned and advised within 72 hours.After cancelling my order, my family and I headed into town to buy dinner. The delivery driver called to say that she was on her way. I informed her that my order had been cancelled and that I would be contacting corporate tomorrow to report how rude Andrew was to me. The driver responded by saying 'What the hell is going on today?', which led me to believe that there had been issues with other customers as well.I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place and the pizza was the best. Won't spend my money there anymore and will tell my friends how I was treated by Andrew and Pizza Hut.
Ordered online at 8:20p said it would be ready around 8:50p. Arrived on time but then Sat in the drive through for 10mins before someone came to see us. At 9:20p being told that they are just now getting everything together. It was just 1 large pizza and cinnamon sticks.. I would understand if it was a large order but it wasn’t.
The pizza hut in bowling green KY have the most amazing deals, food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered, everytime we order it, customer service always seem to be so friendly. By far the best pizza hut with the crispiest pizza, best flavored, prompt always ontime, amazing customer service! Rock out pizza hut! Just perfect amazing!
