When my very kind, elderly father came in to buy a loaf of bread recently, the girl up front sliced it thinner than requested, and then shoved it in to a bag incorrectly, making it look like a loaf that had been tossed around and smashed. It did not even resemble a loaf of bread but a trash bag full of discarded pieces. I cannot believe she proceeded to sell this monstrosity to my father instead of calling someone over that knew what they were doing to fix her mistake. I am very disappointed. You should NEVER take advantage of elderly customers, no matter how nice and forgiving they may seem. Shame on that girl.

Panera is rather pricey. Their claim to clean food needs to be preceded by a clean restaurant. I did not get pictures of the restrooms but they were no better than the dining area. While we were eating our meal a filthy homeless man came in and sat at the table next to us. It was clear he had no intentions of dining and was only there to sleep since he laid down. He had dried sweat rings all over his shirt and the odor was fowl, especially while trying to eat. When you pay Panera prices you should be able to enjoy your meal in a clean environment not a soup kitchen!

Although this location did work with us on fixing our order, we were slightly grossed out. They initially gave us a grilled cheese sandwich instead of a large Mac and Cheese. They let us keep the sandwich, which was very nice. When I opened it to give it a try, we were greeted with a rather long hair. When I went to eat my salad, I realized they gave me the wrong one and we had to return to the location to exchange the second mistake on our order. They did not have a problem ensuring they got it right in the end. I wasn’t going to write a review until I ran into the hair.

I love their food. They have delicious scones, bread and sandwiches. They are quick and easy for a lunch or snack on the go. Dine in is excellent as well.

Came for coffee and soup and to meet a friend. No tables were clean. I asked that someone come and clear and wipe tables. They said they would. 7 minutes later my order was ready but I had no where to sit. I finally found a table that was acceptable and sat there. Several minutes later someone came out to wipe tables. The excuse I was given was, “We’re a little short staffed.” I get it, but if you have a clean place, you keep customers.

The restaurant is the best place to eat Breakfast.I ate-Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese.-Chicken Noodle Soup. The soup was warm, and it was an excellent start to the day. Thanks, Panera

I have great taste. The 2 things I ordered and could see in plain sight, someone else got before she bagged them for me. It's all good.

I ordered delivery through the Panera app around 12:30 pm today. At 1:02 pm, I was informed it was delivered. When I open the door, my drink was missing. I wouldn’t think much about it if it wasn’t for Panera being ridiculously overpriced and charging $3.09 for a small fountain drink. I called the store at 1:04 pm to ask about the drink. They informed me that the driver had left it behind, but that they would send someone with it shortly. They took my name, phone number, and drink order. At 1:42 pm I called again, this time a little annoyed, because I had still not received the drink or an update on when I would receive it. They gave me to the manager who told me they were super busy with some volley ball teams and didn’t get around to having someone come get the drink for me. They said to give them 2 minutes and they would call to have someone bring it to me. At 2:28 pm (almost 2 hours after the order was initially placed), I called again and asked to speak to the manager. Instead, the girl put me on hold. When she came back, she informed me that the manager had already spoken to DoorDash (the delivery service they use) and they were told they couldn’t send a driver to do that. I asked her why he didn’t call me when he found that out. Her reply was, “oh well, we’ve been busy and there’s only two managers here. We can reimburse you for it.” She then made it seem like it was going to be in-store credit only and that I could get the drink the next time I was there. I said I had no interest in that and that I want an actual refund for the drink. She told me they would get that to me in a couple days. This has been one of the most unacceptable experiences that I have ever faced. I very rarely complain about food service because I’ve been in their shoes before, but there was absolutely no reason why I should have had to call three times for a messed up order. What they have shown me through this experience is that they have absolutely no care for their customers, especially the ones paying extra to have their food delivered because they are sick and can’t leave the house. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Sadly, Panera has let me down. Believe me when I say, I have tried and tried and tried to let them redeem themselves. It started a few years back when the salads I was receiving were wilted, old and not editable. The service started lacking and I finally called to let corporate know they were loosing business. I gave it about 6 months and went back to try again. Same problems with a little price increase and decreased portion sizes. I tried again after several months and then one last try yesterday and...that's it! What happened Panera? The drive-thru service was good, but my food was not. My fuji chicken salad was missing the chicken, and I had to pick out the wilted and slimmy lettuce before finally deciding it wasn't worth it. Surely they can get coffee and a bagel or souffle right. But then again, I'm not sure I want to risk it. I'm only giving them a 3 because they still have potential. Please do better.

Ordered broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese in a bread bowl and a turkey avocado BLT. No bread bowl, okay fine. I don't really need it. But also no mac and cheese. I rarely eat mac and cheese, and it's what I primarily wanted, so that's disappointing. It's just broccoli cheddar soup, very bland. The sandwich I've had before and is usually good but this one is dry, and half of it was outside the bread (though very tightly wrapped). I don't have time to send it back: I only get half an hour to eat and I'm working 12-hour nights so it's not like I can go somewhere else next break. Regret.
