Pretty good food. Workers are clean and friendly. Overall not bad at all.
Only our second time here, but not a good experience, food was ok and beer was cold so they got that right. They have gambling games that they are supposed to pay out in and could not we put 100 in and won 150 and still could not pay out, this was at noon on a Sunday which they were planning on not paying any winners out for this day. Have to go back and waste my time to get my money. If you have these gambling games you should be able to pay out. Will not be back except to get my money of course.
3rd time in one year I've gotten food poisoning from the boneless wings. Beer is good though. Catfish platter was soggy and looked like a 4 year old put it together.
All honesty the place isn’t horrible even though half of my family did get food poisoning. We had fried pickles chips, dip and I had the Philly wrap. (Which they brought with a sub bun) it was kinda funny cuz I know they went back there and just switched the sub bun with the wrap when cuz I’ve been there. My sisters and I cracked a joke after they brought it back out. ? The food wasn’t that bad for real it was just what came after. The food poisoning was probably the worst I’ve ever had it. I’ve been in the food industry at a point I’m not leaving this review to drag this restaurant but to hope they figured about the problem. Because that was the only thing I ate that day and I was sicker than a dog. The waitress was a sweetheart even with all the crazy going on so it’s not a bad place it was a fun experience for me and my family. But it’s just kinda a bummer ending a decent experience with food poisoning. But hopefully I can give it a try again down the road and I know they’re probably trying their best with what they have.
Went for lunch and the service was very quick and friendly. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh and really good. It was our first time eating there and we will definitely be back.
Great food here but they are very under staffed like most places right now so it did take some time to get service but we played a game if pool while we waited we will definitely be going there again soon.
Both steaks we ordered were done wrong and if you want to know what the flavor was, it was meat. Meat flavored. No seasoning unless you consider leather a seasoning. 1 overcooked, 1 almost raw. I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning as well. First and last time!
I don’t ever leave reviews, but after our experience tonight I just felt the need to. We had heard overtime had gone downhill since it first opened. The first couple of years of being business, it was one of our favorite places to go. Over the past year or so, we haven’t heard from anyone that didn’t have a bad experience. We were in the area and decided to try it out again for ourselves. The food was alright; took forever to come out. Pickles were good. I don’t usually talk about the staff since at least they are working, but it just couldn’t be overlooked and overall the reason we won’t be back. Our waitress we swear was high. She had us repeat our orders multiple times while even writing it down. When we finally did get our food, it was wrong. We asked for two HOUSE salads which $4.59 a piece. Instead she brought us two clubhouse salads. Big difference in size and of course price. When my husband asked if these were house salads and she said no, we told her we ordered house salads. She said oh sorry, but not once asked if we wanted the right thing we ordered or could have at least say she would take care of the ticket and make sure we weren’t charged for something we didn’t order in the first place. Nope. My husband went 10 minutes without being asked for a refill since she didn’t come back to the table for that long. Then when the food came out, she asked if there was anything else she could get us, he asked for his beer. Which she then turned and walked to the bar and grabbed. It had been sitting there for god knows how long and she didn’t even remember. The staff behind the bar were so loud and unprofessional. Pretty sure they were drinking. When it came time for the ticket, of course the total was crazy higher than I expected since I had hoped she would figure out to fix our salads but again nope. I handed her my debit card and our bill to which she responded, do you want a receipt? I thought I had heard her wrong. So I said excuse me? Then she asked again if I was good or did I want receipt? I said well I need my card back after you swipe it and then I’ll need a copy to sign for the tip. I’ve seriously never been so blown away in all my life with that kind of service. At this point, we kind of felt bad for her, but still couldn’t overlook everything that happened over the course of the whole time we were there. As I’m figuring up the total and trying to teach my daughter how to tip, our waitress kept coming back to the table and finally just stood there. She was waiting for the receipt (I’m sure to see how much I had tipped her), which is beyond rude to just stand there and wait to grab it out of my hand as soon as I’ve signed my name. Overall horrible experience. The place was pretty much empty and I see why now. Unless things go back to the way they were when they first opened, this place won’t last much longer unfortunately.
