Olive Garden never disappoints. The spinach dip was really tasty and the pita chips were cooked perfectly. The five-cheese-marinara is perfect for dipping the breadsticks (if you are into that kind of thing). You can never go wrong with the classic spaghetti and meatballs. Chicken and shrimp carbonara was good- but, really bacon-y... so if you aren't into the full bacon flavor steer clear. Cody gave us great service.
Most Olive Garden restaurants you know what to expect.This one in particular is an exception as we were treated to a really good server.As well all know its the quality of the service in the food service industry that makes or breaks reputations.I hope all people get good service above & beyond what was typically expected.Great Job!
We had lunch there celebrating a birthday, and everything was amazing there at the Olive Garden. We had a delicious appetizer and the soup and salad came. The soup was nice and hot and the salad was great but we did ask for additional olives and onions though. The meals came and they were excellent, and we finished it off with coffee and strawberry cream cake. The birthday meal was a complete success. Thank Olive Garden.
I was very disappointed with the service when my Mother n law and I went on Monday May 9th, 2022. It took the girl forever to come to our table to begin with, even to ask what our drink would be. My mother n law got the all you can eat soup, salad and bread, and I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo...she brought out 4 bread sticks the whole entire time we were there!!! We both had 2 each. The service sucked so bad that I don't care if I ever go back! The girl that waited on us was too worried about the guy next to us flirting with her to worry about us. He was drinking bourbon and I guess she thought he would be a big tipper. Well the service was so bad we DID NOT leave her a tip! I don't recommend going there if you want good service. The thing is they weren't under staffed either. There were plenty of people working that day.
Today is my birthday and we had a delightful dinner at Olive Garden in BG, Ky. Jonathan was our server and he was a delight. Our food was delicious and so was my free dessert.
I had not been in an olive garden in decades. The staff was very good. Everyone was happy and polite. We had the soup and salad. The soap was great the salad dressing was a little heavy so we asked for it on the side for the second round. The waiter could not have been any better. He was friendly and attentive.
GREAT SERVICE!!! TERRI WAS THE BEST!!! There were several of us at our table. She was a really good sport to put up with us.The food was great as well!!
Went there yesterday. Got seated immediately but our waitress wasn't very nice. It took her a while to come get our order and the last we saw of her until she brought us the bill. The other wait staff looked after their customers wonderfully. For $31 I actually expected my spaghetti with the chicken parmesan to be hot not cold to the touch. We will not be returning to this olive garden.
I was disappointed that my chicken tortelloni was very dry. Also my table only received 3 breadsticks and we had to beg for more just to get 3 again. Dining room was dirty and overly crowded.
This is the first OliveGarden I have been to where they refused to let a couple sit at the bar to eat because they had a wait. They said it was unfair for us to sit eat the bar and get i front of other families waiting. For one, a couple would take up a 4 top that said family could be sat at and second I just wanted to eat in the bar. I really didn’t care how long I had to wait to get my food but wanted to have a glass of wine with my husband. We mentioned Thai so the bartender and she said some of the hosts do that. Think about the fact that the bartender is losing out on tips, couples that eat at the bar aren’t taking a much needed table at the restaurant and it makes customers happy. When going out with our family I never once thought that people eating at the bar cut in line in front of us. On a positive note, the bartender provided amazing service!!
