Not the best O'Charley's food that I've had but it wasn't bad. The peaches in my peach cobbler were not cooked all the way through and it felt like they just microwaved it to heat it up because it did not feel hot it just felt warm. The cheese they put in the potato soup wasn't even melted all the way through I just stir it up to get it to melt. But my server was good.
Our server brought us rolls that were flat and the texture was inedible. I asked her to bring us some that were more fluffy and she said they didn't proof well overnight but she will try. She brought back the exact same flat rolls and said they just didn't have any. That was ok enough until the table next to us received fresh, FLUFFY rolls. Unacceptable.
Service was extremely slow. Steak was dry and over cooked. Asparagus was undercooked and the restaurant area was not very clean.Hadn’t been here for a few years and have no plans of every going back.Used to be a nice place but has really went down hill.
Arrived today Mother’s Day the wait time was great. However I know why there was no wait, no salmon, no catfish, no grilled chicken, no ribs just to name a few items. I ordered the steak and salmon originally was told they were out of the smaller portion so I then ordered the surf and turf for her to return and say they have been out of catfish for over a week. So I settled for the steak and chicken tenders which is what my daughter ordered as well. The food arrives and the steaks are well done definitely not medium like they were ordered. They recooked the steaks which arrived over cooked again at this point I just eat it we have had nothing but issues since we sat down. The waitress said she told the manager about the continuing issues. I thought maybe a discount for the trouble or something but no absolutely nothing 80.00 worth of food that was over cooked and not what anyone wanted. Looks like someone needs to take into account for holiday weekends. Absolutely horrible experience
Food and service was ok. Nothing special but nothing really bad either. What really bothered me was the little boy ( who was the bar tenders son). He walked and jumped from bar stool to bar stool and even fell once. He ran around and in and out of the kitchen causing concern from all the wait staff. At one point he was even behind the bar playing with dishes, etc. I assume mom had to work and had no sitter, but the situation was very upsetting to me.
Have ate here many times and enjoyed it. But the food has slowly become below mediocre. This past time was the absolute worst; the rolls were almost raw, the salad had rotting lettuce in it and the potatoe soup had no potatoes or bacon bits in it at all and the drinks had no ice. Very disappointed in our experience here. Do not Recommend
My first experience is when my husband took me to lunch! What a fantastic time! I had steak and chicken fingers while my other half had bacon cheese burger! Both were delicious!Huge menu great selections fast and friendly service along with very reasonable prices! A great trifecta!Big thanks to our server Jenn and the personal attention from shift leader April! Her table visit was a major plus!
Service from our waiter was great! But the food absolutely horrible! First we got the spinach and artichoke dip and it was like cold, like it had set there for a good 20 minutes, I had our server take it back and asked if maybe we could have a hot one, some other person brought it back out and you could tell 100% it was the same one we sent back, it looked like they took that one back stuck it in the microwave and put cheese on top, Burger was not like I asked at all. Fries were cold too. Nothing was hot at all.
The last two times I've visited this place were bad then worse. First time the sirloin I ordered was not fit to eat. It had a strange mushy texture and had a terrible smell. My daughter ordered the same and hers was ok. Thankfully. Went back this last time and every single thing we ordered was undercookedfrom the rolls to the cheese wedges steak and baked potatoes. Staff had attitude or ignored us completely no in between..I won't be back anytime soon. Steak was supposed to be medium and it was completely rare
Always enjoy eating here with my husband for date night. Food is always great and I always lean towards the Louisiana Sirloin because it's just delicious. Service with our last visit was absolutely on par!
