I love this place! I get a burrito from here at least once a week. All their ingredients are fresh and high quality and their staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that they close at 7 so I can't get a burrito from there after I get off work. They also have Jarrito's mexican sodas and Mexican candies available, which are very delicious.
First off, the food is outstanding. Best around. But! The hours of operation are absolutely ridiculous! They close at 7pm! Says 9pm on website and all listings. It's false! They close at 7! Because of that, I won't be wasting anymore trips across town trying to support a local business that makes it nearly impossible to do business with because of their lame hours of operation. I work 20 miles south of BG. Get off work at 5:30. By the time I get home, gather the family and drive across town, these jokers are closed. Third time was the charm for me! Understandable during the recent past, but that's over now. Since Mex-Out is stuck in "pandemic mode". I will avoid them like they have the sickness! Disappointing for sure, but not worth the hassle. To many people making good tacos that have reasonable business hours to mess with this Mickey Mouse operation! Sorry! Do better!
This was the worst taco place I ever been too. I got charged 20$ for literally 4 tacos that weren't even close to what I was wanting. Let alone if you don't want to work in a taco place making tacos then just get out and go work at McDonald's. Wasn't just one employee, it was like everyone working there was so unprofessional about working and it was just a waste of time and money.
Soooo good! Corn tortillas are delicious and the Al pastor was so flavorful. Debating on going again tomorrow before I head out of town. Seriously that good!
Delicious authentic food and love the glass bottles of coke. Fast service. A little pricy.
Food was awesome which is why it has 3 stars but I went in there for the first time and the start of the line was odd but w/e lol she greeted me asked what I wanted and then started doing something else so I waited then a girl who spoke little to no English started helping me just staring at me like I know what I'm doing there lol so I politely just gave a thumbs up.Was on Tuesday when you're supposed to get 2$ tacos well I got 4 with chips/salsa which should only be 10$ they charged me 16$ and I tipped (total = 18$) them 2$! Lol that's a lot of money for tacos...Food was fantastic but service is bad.

This used to be one of the better Mexican restaurants in town. I am not sure if it changed hands, but the food was terrible. A $9 torta had a tablespoon of beef gristle and the bread was stale. My husband's food was barely palatable, and my kids even complained. So sad. Their food used to be so good.
