Staff always does a great job. They’re often understaffed seems like but they go out of their way and try their best to make sure you have a great experience. They are all nice and my food was great. Will definitely return more often
Always super polite and quick and fast I live close to this balance ain't there about twice the three times a week when I got my kids.
Employees are terrible. Think they need to get tips from Chick-fil-A. Also they charge way too much for the place to be dirty and employees to be rude.
Nice employee took order courteous but forgot the fries with meal .Hubby's Food was good but My hamburger meat was very very very well done outer edges black we aren't mad cause it was during lunch rush
When 5 people move through one side of drive thru and I'm still waiting to get my order taken on the other then to continue to get attitude from the lady on the speaker if your goal was to make customers happy you did not achieve it
This McDonald's always has decent food and drink but consistently terrible service regardless of how busy it is. For example, I just left the drive thru where I was behind 2 cars. It took 12 minutes despite them being out of chicken (so that wasn't the delay)
This girl brings our drinks out stacked on top of each other and her chin and mouth on it to hold it in place. She didn't even have her mask covering her nose. I was like, are you kidding me with covid, and you have our drinks on your mouth? She said no, I didnt. I said yes ma'am you did. I said send out a manager, please, and she said I'm so tired of bringing stuff to you. Ummm, hello, I haven't eaten there in over a month, and I placed my order for curbside. The order went through at 7:35. At 7:58, she came out with cold food. Anyway, the manager never came out, so I called. I explained to her, and she sat in silence. I said, "Hello, are you going to do something about this or just sit there? She said you keep interrupting me. I said you didn't even try to speak. I have the call recorded and 3 people sitting her with me. She said I could replace the drinks. And out came the same girl and in drinks stacked. Where are all the drink holders? What about frigin covid and the manager puffing like omg.. I told the manager she should fire the girl that came out and yelled at us, saying she's tired of bringing food out. I'm so mad right now we had to wait another 12 minutes for 3 drinks. My child ate her cold food and drank the new drink, then started saying she felt sick. she then started throwing up everywhere. I pray they both get introuble, and what did she do to the drinks that made that child throw up???
The young lady that greeted us today was very pleasant and our order was correct. Good job!
It's McDonald's what do you expect my fries were stale I can tell they've been sitting under the heat lamp for a while they were not fresh. And I don't remember the fries being so small I thought they were a lot thicker. And I hate to say it McDonald's has always been a childhood fast food for me but you get more bread than you do meat. Well they should consider it is making the bread smaller keeping the meat the same to make it look a little bigger. But I know times have changed especially in the fast food industry but I will say they did get my order correct better than other fast food chains so when I asked for heavy mayonnaise and onions that's what I got nothing else nothing less and I greatly appreciate that I would give it five stars but those fries being stale and under that heat lamp really did tik me off
Staff was excellent! Most times I go to McDonald's and they are outta something they deny to make whatever it may be. They were glad to make me some fresh pies and I didn't mind the wait! But most usually get told we are out for the night ???? Theese girls like I said were awesome!
