Breakfast burritos were just cheese and microwaved too long. Employees very unfriendly. Hash browns tasted funny….how can you screw this up???!!
With no surprise, their ice cream machine was down! ? but the food is always good and ready and they do get people through the line very fast. Most especially having two lines going at the same time. They seem to stay open later than most restaurants in town anymore, so I do appreciate that and their customer service is great!
Go to order food and you have managers and team members laughing at homeless. The manager says you know we are hiring. Being homeless and on disability and doctors will not let you work it is hard. Then when you walk into a place to order food you have managers and employees making fun of you is not ride. Plus we make more money out there then you could ever pay. They are always rude and half the time you stand for 10 minutes before they even take your order. You need better managers in there that don't make fun of homeless.
Always check your order(s).... I had order a large caramel frappe and they messed up and put chocolate on it and so i had to go in and tell them i order a large caramel no chocolate.....
Food was hot, fresh, fast however the cousmer service lacked alot. I stood at the front counter patiently waiting for ketchup three employees walked right passed me didn't even acknowledging me. I finally spoke up it took me asking many times to receive ketchup. I was told "people are on their brake that's why they didn't give you ketchup or stop when I spoke". It only takes a half of a second to give my family ketchup. I understand brakes are important for labor law and getting a rest however cousmer service is alwayf first.
The customer service is normally good. Nice people in the mornings. But when it comes to food, I have seen better construction by a 5 year old at a Build a Bear Workshop.
Overall pretty good just takes a little longer than other locations to get your food but I say staff shortage is a big part of the problem.
I'm always stopping by the Mc Donald's on the Bypass to grab kids meals for my kiddos and occasionally me too. I do think it's the best Mickie D's in Bowling Green tho. They seem to have quicker Drive threw service and the food is always fresh.
I don’t get how your ice cream machine is always broke or being cleaned, who ever works at the window is always lying because there’s no way, I’m pregnant and sometimes I really want a milkshake and a ice cream cone and of course every time I’m disappointed……what’s the point of having the ice cream if no one can ever get it
They were busy but moved efficiently. Order was right and staff was friendly
