Fries tasted like been cooked for 3days, nuggets slightly hard, don't get the right sauce when ask

The Campbell Lane location is one of the best ones in Bowling Green. Always has fast service and fresh fries when I go there. I even drove a little out of my way to go to this one instead of the Scottsville Road one last night.
Very good at getting your food out fast to you without mistakes.
Half empty drink if the line wasn't so long behind me I would ask for it to be remade.
Drive-through lady taking orders was flat-out not paying attention. Had to repeat every item three times and she still got it wrong. Asked for a cheeseburger, ketchup only, got everything on it. Asked for two fries, she put one fry and one sprite. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here and I was hoping the first time was a fluke as everyone has bad days, but twice? Definitely would recommend going to another location in town.
They got my order totally wrong.... Care nothing about trying to fix it for me. I do not recommend any McDonald's owned by this by this Franchisee. This evidently is how he trains them
You know food is what is don't matter what McDonald's you go to but I only got half my order i have to say it was a big order but it happens all the time you always missing food!!!
I got a late night mcchicken and it was actually made properly and fresh. Taste was great and I got it with rewards points for free.
