Food is not bad...app is a must though. Good deals
I came here after working two jobs and was having a bad day. Hoping to buy some chicken nuggets before heading home and relax. They told me they were only taking cash. My fries were SOAKED in salsa and every single of my chicken nuggets had TEETH marks on them. They offered a free meal but after the incident that happened, paying me my 10.27 meal back would’ve have been appreciated. Not ever coming back here again. Never in my five years coming here after work was I disappointed as I was last night
Some days they are good about giving ur order right the way u order. Some days they just don't do it
Tasted old ,looked messy, also puzzled how the spicy sauce ended up perfectly in the fold of the sandwich's bag. It Was very messy when I stuck my hand in the bag and got a slimy surprise.
The people here at a lot more friendly then the one on Campbell lane. The man who served me at the crash register was very patient while I was trying to find the order my brother wanted.The only down side is sometimes the toich screens where you can order sometimes are either on or off. Not sure why.
McDonald's is one of my favorite places to eat. Their workers are always extremely nice to me inside and in the drive thru. Their food has always been good and I've never had any trouble except for fries being cold.I went in the drive thru this time and the lady who took my order was the nicest anyone has been to me in a long time.After my order was taken, I pulled ahead in line. I heard a loud noise from in front of me and I see the person I was behind throw trash out of their window, on the ground. It was thrown on the grassy area to the left of drivers who come in the drive thru line to pay. It astonished me to witness someone throwing trash on a place where employees my take their break. I was deeply saddened and some what shocked after seeing this. Do they not think about who actually cleans that up? Just throwing it out of your window on the place you're buying and eating food from like a dumpster? It was quite embarrassing for the human race as a whole. There are plenty of trash bins on the premises where you can dispose of your trash. Instead, they chose to dispose their trash on the bushy/grassy area. That's like throwing trash on your plate. For the person(s) who threw their trash out in line, please dispose your trash in the bins. There is no reason to dispose your trash in that manner. Thank you McDonald's for your outstanding service and good food! I'm sorry you have to put up with this behavior and hopefully, it will stop. This town was hit by tornadoes in December and the unfortunate reality is it is still recovering. You would think some people would have a little more compassion. I guess the wrong people got the reality check this time.Certain people in Bowling Green need to get a grip before it’s turned into Bowling Garbage and before it’s too late.

This one is usually good about drive thru speed but today it took like 30mins to order.. after that I got through rather quickly.
