Wonderful , great service . Great servings , great waitress!

Great service and delicious food.

I will be calling corporate on the bad customer service experienced by your cashier today. I should never have to argue with staff about food I ordered and paid a good amount for. Nor should a customer ever be hung up on when calling to correct an order. The cashier was very rude & aggressive and arguementive. I had to ask for a manager 4 times before she got one to speak with me. I am waiting for a refund but a formal complaint will be filed on customer service.

Went with my husband to celebrate our 11 year anniversary, the food and service was amazing

Arrived at 5 two couples we had a show at 7:30. There were only a handful of tables occupied when we arrived. There was confusion with our reservation when we arrived but we then placed our orders within 15 minutes. It took over an hour for or food to arrive. Food was brought out by someone other than our server. Server had confirmed what we had ordered. One meal was brought out with wrong entree but correct side. Half an hour later correct entree was brought but now with incorrect side. We weren't able to leave until 15 minutes until show time. Food was decent when finally served.

Seated quickly but then had wait much too long for someone to acknowledge we had been seated. Ordered an appetizer that too a looong time to arrive as we were about to cancel it. Just as we feared, our entrees came right after. Shrimp and grits was horrible, dry and lumpy. Hamburger was supposed to have mushrooms and didn’t. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I understand today’s environment but no excuse for bad food and service.

Steak was very dry. It was tasted and looked like it was cooked in a microwave. Took them about 30 minutes to bring a bottle of A1 sauce that i requested, by the time I got it...my date had already finished her meal. Didn't work out in my favor. Just asked for the ticket, and spent 20 Dollars on a wasted meal.

Quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, but chicken was dry and tough, roasted vegetables were almost cold. It definitely was not how I remembered it. Cost was reasonable, as I'd pay more for better food at the local Panera.

worst service & food my fiancee and I have ever received. the food was cold, wait time on food and drinks was long (not due to being busy.) people who came in after us received food faster than us. they seemed to have cared more about those who were in suits & dresses. one last thing don't judge your customers off what they wear just because we wear jeans, t-shirts and boots doesn't mean we don't have the money for a nice dinner & tip. this resturant & food sure isn't worth the $83 we spent.

Most of out group drank bloody Mary's and all thought they were delicious. The group liked the biscuits a lot. I had the veggie omelet and a Manmosa.
