Do not order from here. Under new management and the two people I talked to acted like I was trying to scam them. I had an order that was completely wrong and the management then put me in for a 50 percent off my next order so now when I called they acted like I was lying...Wayne
Marcos used to be my go to pizzeria. Lately it hasnt been, my orders are constantly messed up and the last time it was I contacted customer service and got no response. Very disappointed because they were my favorite pizza joint.
We order from here weekly. Have for the past 3 years and still will. Can't order online delivery because the app won't recognize our address -- no problem, we call. Then they quit answering the phones, no problem -- switched to carryout. We want our Marcos.But in the past month, now 3 times in a row, I've arrived to be told it would be another hour...the next time had my order completely missed...then today one of my 3 pizzas was totally missed, so I end up taking home 2 cold pizzas to cook myself.The pizza is delicious. The new manager is trying like hell. We'll keep coming. But they need employees that actually care.

When this particular location first opened, things were great. Pizza was hot, veggies fresh, staff was friendly. I ordered carry out and when I got there, no one greeted me. They just talked to each other and when someone finally acknowledged my presence and I told them what I was picking up, they just handed me my items and carried on with their conversation. No, thank you, have a nice day, come back and see us or goodbye. I’m kind of put off by that but didn’t let it bother me too much. When I got home, the pizza was poorly put together. Items were all piled in the middle, the meat on the pizza tasted frozen and some was still cold. It was bland. The crust was burnt and tough. I won’t go back.
Very friendly staff, they stay busy but they will work hard to get your order out to you in a timely manor. Food is great as well.
First time I have ever ordered Marco's Pizza. I ordered onlive. Easy to order. Went to pick up. Cashier was very polite and helpful. We will be back

I ordered delivery and about a hour and a half after ordering they called and said roads where too slick I would have to come pick it up. she would cut the price of everything in half. I said fine. I will call when I'm there. my van doors wouldn't open so I had to put the kids in their car seat from the front, all 3 of them. scrape both windshields and had to wait a bit for them to defrost. I get there pretty much 40 mins later and called her. she said she would bring it right out. their open sign is off so I was guessing when they took 30 mins, that it was because they turned everything back on and remade. nope, I called back asking where my order was and they couldn't find it. finally they looked up my address and said it had been delivered 20 minutes ago!! the girl just left it on my grill in the cold! when I tried to talk to management about the bs they hand the freaking phone to the driver that delivered it. what is she suppose to do and now they aren't answering the phones. food is cold of course, over a hour of running in the cold and on the slick roads while my stuff was actually being delivered.
