Was there for the first time on May 31st. Ordered a Chicago Steak grinder. Ordered the bun well done. Specifically boarder line burnt. Didn't look like it was toasted at all. Bread was tough. Grinder was so dry!!! Went to the Mancinos in Glasgow and it was the best grinder ever. Bread was toasted exactly like I had asked. Will never go back to the one in Bowling Green again!!
I order from here quite often and for the most part always get the same thing. As usual I get the calzone because it's always good...until tonight. They must have rushed or forgot about my order. What I got wasn't a calzone. It was a pizza crust with the minimal stuffing in it folded in half. It was not good...I ordered a large calzone and got a small folded pizza. Spent $35.00 ish dollars for this "calzone" and a sandwich. It went in the trashcan which is where it belonged.
The supervisor on shift needs training in customer service was very rude and did not show any enthusiasm for her job.The pizza came out not like we wanted so instead of remaking the pizza she argued with me. Very unprofessional and the pizza had to be recooked because the crust was doughy but the server did not want to do that
Horrible experience. Attempted to dine in. The 2 young girls in front act like they don’t want to be at work. Ordered large pizza done totally wrong and they didn’t want to clean a dish to put the pizza on. Employees don’t know the meaning of customer service. There grinders are good but good luck Mancino’s surviving in this dog eat god world.
Best pizza in town! Prices were good, staff friendly.
My wife ordered pizza,wings and a sub, I come in to pick it up and 1st I notice Justin isn't wearing gloves touching the food as he packs it then he brings my food to the counter and says that he put hot sauce on all the wings when I ordered 5 BBQ 5 hot I don't eat hot sauce my wife does! So he says it will be 20 minutes for him to make more I told him just give my money back this guy throws my money at me and he knew the best thing to do was walk away I will be contacting whomever is the owner letting him know how his employees are!!!!!! No apology for messing my food up or none of that and I promise they will not get another dime of my money
Have loved Mancino’s pizza for a long time, some of the best tasting around. I even used to work there when I moved to Bg, 12 years ago now. At that time, at least all employees wore mancinos shirts. I’m all for relaxed environments but most employees look like they wear PJs into work. Progressively the service has become slightly worse with longer wait times. At my most recent visit, the phrase I continued to hear was- “Sorry we got real busy at once.” I heard that with only 3 of the tables occupied. When we got home with our order we realized it was incorrect. Also, things look the same in the restaurant as they did years ago. Would like to see something renewed and fresh in the environment and employees to keep the place going.
My mother has a severe health condition that if she was to be around anyone sick at all, it could cause death for her! And the fact that their straws are out of their wrappers and the utensils as well, that isn't healthy sanitary at all! I just believe that with the covid days and all that, they should be more cautious and aware of the severity of how many germs can be put all over that area in just a few minutes time. And as nasty as it is to say this, there are some people who do not wash their hands! And then they touch all over an area that has the things we have to use to eat and drink with! Very dissatisfied! DO NOT RECOMMEND UNTIL IT BECOMES A SAFER ENVIRONMENT!
