Pulled into the drive thru only to be told I can only get food if I am a door dasher. Worst customer service. System was “down” when asked if they could write the order down was told no. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he could try and find one. The other front end worker came over locked the window and walked away.

It's Krystal. If you like a Krystal you like them. It has been awhile since I have been through one though. Not crazy about the new fries though.
It took nearly half an hour in the restaurant to get 2 meals. The chili cheese fries were greasy and cold. Definition of an awful experience. A homeless man was using the men's room to "bathe". Definitely needs improvement.
Food came out super fast and the burgers were super tasty!
Food took forever, was hot however. I'm guessing 3 people were only working so I'm not going to be harsh! I hope they get more help soon! I will be going back sometime before the year is over!
There’s a manager there, on March 24th, 2022. I walked in the store 5 minutes before the lobby closed and was told that I couldn’t get my food to go. This is unacceptable. I’m already at the register to get my food, and it’s easier to leave and go to the drive thru rather than just take it out? Let alone, check your cameras around 8:00pm, you will see your manager LEAVE the store and follow my father to his personal vehicle. I will be contacting anyone in higher power rather than these power hungry low level employees. You will hear more from me soon.
I ordered from Krystal through DoorDash not but 15 minutes ago. They canceled my order for NO REASON. The reason they put into DD was because they are closed but they have been open since 6am. If they were “closed” I would not have been able to place an order from there. DoorDash issued me a refund but I am extremely irritated. If you have employees that can’t handle their job to the point of CANCELLING ORDERS, please find new employees. This is absolutely ridiculous. The DoorDash driver was literally on the way to pick up my order when it was cancelled. How sad. Do better, Krystal!
The guy who waited on us was very rude and cocky. The food was better than the first time I was there.I said it was better, it wasn't good ??
We stopped to grab a bite here because all my kids were hungry. Sat in line for 15 mins and was refused service because when we got up to the speaker it was 1 minute after they closed even though we had been in line way before. Talked to the staff and horrible customer service. If you have customers waiting in line before you close they should be served as well.
