Stopped in to get a dozen glaze fresh one hot one it was really good got the second dozen for 85 cents we mixed it up got all kinds on the second dozen

The doughnuts were incredibly old and some were flat and only partially iced. Could have gotten better doughnuts from the bakery at Kroger or Walmart. Came to Krispy Kreme expecting better than grocery store doughnuts and left with worse than grocery store doughnuts. The whole family was disappointed.
Me and my kids usually like this place however the last last few times we went have been disappointing. Between long wait times, poor customer service. And the doughnuts were cold and hard. I most likely will not be a returning customer.

this blond girl was working and her boyfriend was there she acted like we where bothering her when we walked into buy donuts, if you wanna talk to your boyfriend the whole time don’t get a job around other people. she acted like she didn’t know how to do her job and was disrespectful will not be coming back.
For fresh hot donuts, this is the place to go. I just restarted drinking there iced coffee, and it's delicious.

I normally go through and I'll grab two dozen donuts during the holidays. I'll get a dozen regular and a dozen of the holiday themed. St. Patrick's Day was a let down this year. I was very disappointed. Idk what the girls deal was who took my order, but she messed it up. Not only did I get charged $8 for two extra donuts that I never wanted, but she didn't even offer to correct her mistake and refund my money. I was already having to substitute certain donuts because they were out of them and that ok I can understand, but come on now. Bad enough there are RARELY ever any "hot and fresh" days. Get it together y'all. I'm one of the only ones in my group who doesn't go to Great American Donut Shop!! ??♀️
